Your product was just Beautiful and great Quality! Would had loved to have them all! But I could only afford what I purchased! Very good job on the photos!
I ordered touch up and the tassel from my son’s graduation cap is stuck on his ear. I thought it’s obvious that needs corrected. Why wouldn’t the photographer notice that and fix it prior to taking the pictures.

The interface to view and order photos could be better. It's not efficient viewing back and forth between photos, the photos do not enlarge very much and the interface does not seem mobile friendly

Product support was very helpful when I received my first set of pictures. The first set was packaged in an envelope, and upon receipt, the package was bent and was wet. I called support, and she immediately resent new pictures and addressed making sure they were placed in better packing material to protect the pictures. Thank you for the awesome support!

I have not received my order.
The photo is seriously grainy and blurry, and the photographer should have had him take off his glasses. There is a big glare on the glasses. So either the photographer didn't care or they wanted us to pay the extra to remove the glare.
my photos i ordered arrived bent
When my prints arrived the corners of every picture were bent. I would recommend better packaging for shipment

I realize it’s a heroic effort, but the photographs were not good. We didn’t even want the minimum order of three electronic images - there weren’t enough that were good enough. Nothing to be done at this point.
some photos were bent when i received them.
My photos were ruined when the postal service carrier shoved them in my mailbox and didn’t close the door all the way and the photos got wet and damaged. I called customer service and they were very helpful and said they would send me a new package. I was so happy and thankful!
