I ordered a 5 x 7 and an 8 x 10 and they were to come in the folders. The only thing I received were the folders I do not have any pictures. However, the outside of the envelope says photos enclosed do not bend. I did not receive my photos so please please get those mail to me ASAP.
More real shots in the package would have been more attractive.

Better quality mailing envelope so the photos are not wrinkled.
Website was very user friendly for the ordering / payment process and the pictures were high quality. Shipping was very fast!
The background on the pictures are black and it does not look good. Leave it as original or some light color. If you can redo please, I would really appreciate.

I received the wrong picture. We ordered the frame that holds the tassel, but the picture is not correct.
Variety of packages to choose from, easy to navigate website and timely service
Cost was expensive. I would have bought more than 1 picture if they weren't so much. The weather was terrible so every picture has hair or a tassel across the face and then you charge extra to remove it. I know the weather is not your fault but also should not be to your benefit.
Better packaging. Although the pictures are beautiful, the frame arrived ordered arrived broken.

The photos and frame came out looking great.
I only had one good picture to choose from. Make sure the photographer can get good shots of individuals alone, not with those issuing the diploma folders.
Pictures turned out grainy on the prints I received.
Pictures aren't of the best quality.
There was one of the pictures that was blurry and when I selected it, it didnt appear blurry. I would like an impovement on that so I dont have to buy pictures that are blurry. Otherwise, the rest of the pictures were perfect.

I never received the photos, reached out and got an automated message that my inquiry had been recieved, but no follow up and still don't have the photos I paid for.
Prices extremely high. Background options not desirable.

The photos are overpriced and they look like an amateur photographer took them.
Photographers did an amazing job of capturing the excitement of graduation! The selection of pictures taken were great, leaving it difficult to choose which ones. Therefore, we purchased a couple different backgrounds. Thank you!!
I like that you do not have to buy a package. Having the choice of individual photos and photos background and poses were nice.
