The quality of the pictures are poor, they have not been edited
There was only one photo that I was interested in...when it arrived it was blurry. I contacted customer service. While I received an email that someone would contact me, no one ever did.
Great Pictures!
The photo that I ordered arrived with a bit of a crease in the photo. There was just a flimsy piece of cardboard to support it.
Some of the photos were not my son, and I couldn’t find any way to ask for the correct ones.
60$ for one picture. And after 14 days after graduation I still have not received them, although it was promised within 3 days.
The purchasing process is easy. But the prices are expensive!
The photos were just ok and a bit expensive. So things we thought would be more on focus with a professional right in front were just as good from the stands midway down the class with an iPhone.
Also I received notification of images a day before my graduate. I bought 3 photos. When my graduate sent me the link he received, it had more photos in the list to choose from. That was also frustrating.
Bottom line we paid for some photos in case our graduate wanted them, but got many more from the stands that we were satisfied with.
You charge an extra $25 to correct a picture if the tassel is on the graduate’s face. An option I did not get because of the additional high cost.
Other university photographers offered graduates pictures receiving their diplomas, shaking the hand of the individual presenting the diploma…the quality was good but felt there was no variation of photos.
Same photo with different backgrounds. I would have loved to have purchased more but was uninspired.
Pictures looked amazing and were affordable!!
The pictures looked great. In two separate pictures, taken before the ceremony, you all have captured a natural smile on my son. He doesn't like being in pictures so rarely do I see that great a smile on him.
The photo looks grainy as a 4 by 6. It doesn’t look professional and can’t be used.
I like the fact that I’ll have professional pictures of a very important day.

Price was so expensive
After I ordered, you continued to message me saying time was running out. It was annoying! My photos were delivered USPS and were damp because rain had seeped into my mailbox. The quality wasn’t great for the photos, but the fact that you continued to message even after I received them to tell me to order was ridiculous!

The quality of the pictures aren't as good as I thought they would be. The picture that I chose to be my downloaded picture you can't see my cap. Whereas in the proofs my cap is shown. I reached out to customer service to ask if I change my downloaded picture, and never heard back from anyone. Then the key chain that I purchased, few minutes after taking it out of the package I showed my daughter and then the picture fell off. I'm truly disappointed.
The variety of options and quick service.
The options for purchase of commencement ceremony was excellent.
The pictures that we originally took with the dipolma (I cannot say for everybody but for me) mine did not look good at all due to the lightening. & if I wanted to fix that- I needed to pay extra. & that’s something I cannot do
