Good quality photos and mailed quickly
The pictures look like they were rushed not focused, poor quality on the poses. I had no choice but to purchase since they were the only photos from graduation day.Very disappointing for company to take PSU graduates. I've seen other college photos, my son's photo failed in comparison.

Better preparation. We should have more details before the day of and not by email. Having to go up on stage with our handbags, how long our standing wait time will be, no freshments or breakfast or snacks being served. Where the restrooms are located.

I was disappointed because I felt that everyone was not treated equally. The person in front of me and the person behind were asked if they wanted fun pictures, I was so proud of my own accomplishment but was not given the same options.
So expensive. Disappointed in poses - photographer lacked creativity and would only allow straight heads, no angles. Also, some photos were not centered well. Website difficult to sort/view.
My photos came out absolutely beautiful and the photographer was a pleasure to work with. However, the assistant made a few unpleasant comments and wasn’t very welcoming. I’d recommend this company with a few adjustments.
My photograph was bent. I don't know if this was an error of the company or an error of the mail-delivery system. Maybe the packaging could have been stronger to prevent the photograph from bending. The quality of the picture was ok. Name removed
The plaque I worded was worded incorrectly. It stated "Classic of 2025" instead of "Class of 2025".

The photo chosen, the background color was not the same as the proof when processed. Need option to edit without being a charge.
Make sure caps that fit the head are provided. I have an xxl size for hats. In the photo I had to hold my cap because it didn't fit my head and there were no other options.
The company was terrible at communicating with the school regarding what the pictures were supposed to be like. Then half the pictures came out dark and horrible. The background options are bad. The prices are outrageous. When I bought 6 downloads, one of them ended up being entirely blurry, which was not visible until I already bought them. I emailed to get a replacement, and never heard back.
The pictures were damaged. They were sent in a paper envelope during a rainy week.. additionally, the cardboard insert was not strong enough to protect the pictures and they were bent.
Downtime management for Graduate students
I would expect the photography team to make sure that the graduation gown and tassel and everything looks appropriate in a picture. Nobody mentioned that my tassel was on the wrong side or that it was flipped around so that you couldn't see the medallion on it or that the hood had pulled my gown funny in the front. It felt like they're only goal was to get people through the pictures as quickly as possible with no care at all for how the pictures came out.
