The products I ordered were of terrible quality. I ordered 2 refrigerator magnets and two coffee mugs and the photo quality is terrible. I’d like my money back or at least a redo.
My son had awkward look on his face as if he was opening his mouth to say something. Please take a couple of seconds to make sure you have gotten a decent shot if you want people to order.

There wasn’t a picture of my son receiving his diploma or walking across the stage. The 2 main things I wanted!
I never received my photo order
The photos were at a terrible angle, and there was very bad lighting, i’m overall disappointed with the whole situation. I took better photos with my iPhone.

I was only able to get 2 pictures of my son and the photographer took way more than 2 pictures of him with his friends and family. I asked the photographer where can I get them and he said that the student will get an email, but the email only had 2 pictures. I emailed the grad team and they never responded. I don't understand why take so many pictures if they are not reliable and not going to be available.

We have not received our photos yet or an email saying the order went through
I left you a message and nobody has contacted me my photos were very dark and I paid for a stand with magnets and you can barely see just my face. I demand you correct what you send me it's not worth the price that I pay for and if you knew that the pictures are dark why would you even put them in a glass frame? Are you okay with sending useless photos to people? Don't nickel and dime people if you are going to send photos make sure they look decent I demand you replace what you sent me.

There is confusion about the video clips that were purchased. Will we receive video clips? When are they available? How do we receive them? Why does it come so much later?

Please take the time to have people remove their glasses! The glare on the glasses looked bad and had to be removed.
