Better shots or at least edit the shots better. Some are crooked from the actual ceremony.
DO NOT DO the thumbs up photo or just do 1 or 2. As a parent, I am not going to put that photo on a wall and you didn't have my son smile in any of the other photos. There are plenty of ways to create creative graduation photos that a family will put on the wall or share on social media.
Parents want natural poses of their child smiling. They need a couple of serious ones to choose from for display.
The price of the prints was over priced, especially because I was told we were not allowed to bring our own cameras into the venue. I spent $200 on high res jpegs that were raw files directly converted to jpeg, no noise cancelation or anything. So the files I received looked nothing like the ones I saw online, one of them had completely different coloring. Two photos were unusable and I can’t even print them because the quality is so bad. $200 for 10 digital files that required hours of editing on my end is ridiculous. Also, there are a lot of limitations to editing jpegs and if I had known what I was going to receive would not have been what I thought I was buying, I would have paid the extra $10 per photo for retouching. The only thing to make things right would be some money back.

The picture angles were terrible. Like come on. I am not the most photogenic I know this but I look like a toad. Most unflattering. But the overall ceremony was very rushed so not sure what I was expecting.
Everything was self explanatory and if there was confusion there was plenty of people to help you.

I had to order my pictures twice because I couldn’t find them in my inbox. I emailed customer service twice and got no response.
The pictures came out really good and they where delivered much earlier than originally planned.

I wish there were more affordable options. I graduated 2 years ago and only recently was there a sale big enough for me to be able to afford a few photos. Even if there was an option to get one virtual photo for under $30 that would be amazing

Good afternoon. I had the pleasure of reviewing my son's graduation pictures on 06-03-2025. Shortly thereafter I had a personal medical emergency and was unable to download the pictures. I paid $103.85. Would it be possible for you to help me retrieve them? I would be ever so grateful. My son's name is Eustice Last name removed. pictures were not good quality. My daughter's pictures came out with her eyes closed on both shots. Maybe making some edits like making sure eyes are open if you want customers to purchase pictures.
There were many reminder texts/emails AFTER we made a purchase.
I was disappointed with how the photos were delivered. Although they were not taken in a photographer studio, they could have been delivered in a folder one received profession photos in. Also, there could have been more protection (cardboard) to prevent creases from handling. For the price of these packages, it would have made the presentation better and I would be much more likely to want to purchase it again for my other children in the coming years. What I received in the mail looked extremely cheap and unprofessional. A little effort would go a long way.
