Overpriced. Website sucks. No communication with customers who have reached out to you.
I ordered 4 magnets of a close up pose and a 5x7 of the farther out version of the same pose. The website could not process the fact that I wanted two different versions of the same "photo" even though they were individual selections on your website. I did not accidently order two of the same, I tried many times to get your software to let me order a closeup and a farther out version. I thought I had actually succeeded, but when my order arrived, they were both the same (closeup).I did not order a package, these were individual selections. Please improve your software.

Photos in mail came in regular envelop so were wet and bent. Next time game in cardboard envelop which makes sense, not sure why ever mailed out in paper envelop, didn't save any money by having to mail out twice.
Digital image still not correct after several e-mails and calls...
The pictures are great quality! I had a problem being able to download the digital images ordered and they were super helpful and kind!
Good photos and quick turn around time.
The site and whole process needs an upgrade for the amount of money that is charged. I used this platform for my undergrad and graduate degree and I would expect more. For example, people that signed up at graduation for text messages received word way before the email email was sent out. Plus I didn’t know about signing up for text messages so a friend had to share it with me instead of from the source. Then when I do buy it, there needs to be an experience created to receive the pictures right away. The first time for my graduate degree I had to email the company multiple times to find my order and then the second time I had to wait days for the pictures, when with any other company for races or events they provide you the pictures right away. I normally wouldn’t mind waiting a few days if you told me on the email or when I’m pitching the downloads, but you don’t and the days to matter when I’m paying you a ridiculous amount of money for 3 pictures.
Paper quality
Are you kidding me Folks? I left messages and sent emails and no one responded to me for weeks. Then we suddenly receive our pictures in the mail in a flimsy, thin envelope and the pictures are not cut properly and are missing some of our order with no explanation.
Very disappointing!
If any representative there who can clearly speak and understand English wants to chat, i would encourage it as I was going to call y'all this week anyway.

Excellent photos and quick turnaround on orders
Decently pricy in my opinion and I wish there were more school specific backgrounds to choose from.
Photo I ordered came with scratches on it and corners bent
The reason for the low score is because I still haven’t received my images from graduation. I paid $200 for images and nothing has arrived by mail or email. Would be nice to have them arrive on a USB drive for $200. Hopefully I receive my images soon.
It was easy to order and the selection of pictures was great.
Half my photos were taken before I was even smiling. The one photo of me smiling has a girls face right behind me

Very quick turn around from placing the order to receiving the photos.
The pictures were horrible. They looked computer generated. Not crisp, not a normal picture. There was a green sheen on all the pictures. I was extremely disappointed.
Photo was not protected from rain, received warped from rainy weather. Very disappointed.
Quality and very prompt and professional
No communication about when items have been shipped and what should be included in the order. I had to email regarding missing items and still no response when the order will be shipped. I still have not received all pics in the order.
Everything was great.
I ordered 2 prints (pearlized) which I thought would be a great quality. I was debating whether to buy digital package or get real quality 8X10's. Not to be disrespectful, but the pictures I received I could have had printed anywhere. I figured paying a little more will give me a great professional portrait.
On a positive note I think its great that you have so many schools on your website, that even when you do not order in the same year there is a look back for previous years. Please don't ever change that.

You only offered vertical photos. We would love to have a horizontal 5x7 or 4x6 as an option as well.
Crazy prices for just a JPEG download.
It was difficult to find my daughter’s photos because she was listed under the wrong name. Secondly, I realize you need to make money off your photos, but you prices for printed and electronic files are outrageous. I just wanted framable memories of my daughter’s graduation without spending hundreds of dollars. Your company should be ashamed.
One of my pictures was not attached to the film from where it got printed. These photos are expensive for them not to care how they print. I will not recommend this company.
There is a huge Glare in his glassss that did not get re touched before printed. The 8x10’s are horrible. I paid extra for that
