Egregiously expensive and takes too long to get access to your photos.
My grandson's pics came back shortly after graduation and were very good, you got the pictures we couldn't, so thank you very much
Pictures are not very well taken of my son. The stage receiving was horrible and the quality of the photos are not very professional. Expected better for the price paid out. Long delay in being able to order. Son didn't gwt email for months
I paid for retouch and I did not like the lookof my eyelids. I even see a bumpin the left upper eyelid...dissapointing
I'm always looking for a cheaper option but you guys did a great job with the pictures and keeping tabs on timing and when to expect the goods.
Photos were included in my selection that weren’t of me at all.

I never got my photos I purchased
I took better pictures with my phone, halfway up and centerfold. Also, there was a reflection on the diploma so we couldn't see it and the one pretty good pic had the girl behind her in it.
Came quickly
The photos are not professional appearing at all. The photo of her accepting her diploma, too dark, out of focus and NOT good quality at all. I captured a screen shot from the online streaming that was better quality. Seriously. The price for these are unreasonable.
The photo of my daughter walking with two other students outside, shows one student looking at her phone and the other's eyes closed. No cropping for professional pictures?
The photo of her alone with various backgrounds is grainy.
I'm disappointed I wasted my money on these. I don't mind paying for professional pictures that are professional ..
A refund of some portion would be appreciated~
