One of the photos of my son was taken in front of the MSU panels that was predominately a white background. There is a very heavy shadow of his cap against the background that looks like he’s wearing clown wings or a hat.
It was disappointing.
The photo of our graduate receiving her diploma on stage wasn't as good as we had hoped, maybe it was the angle from which it was taken, so we only purchased the posed photo taken before the graduation ceremony.
My son never sent me the link to buy pics from his college graduation. I remembered months later and was able to track down this company and in no time I had my pics!!! I am so thankful!!

You should take several photos of the same thing in order to get the eyes open. My grads eyes were closed while receiving the diploma.
Great customer service. Received photos sooner than expected. One of my photos came with a crease in it. They replaced with no problem. Customer service far exceeded my expectations. Pricing was very affordable.

I ordered a closeup and my sons's face was completely washed out. I had ordered retouch. Then I reordered and the photo came just as washed out. I am not sure why I paid for retouch because they werent.
The pictures are edited too much and do not look real at all. Very disappointed.
5 is neutral. The pictures were ok. I probably wouldn’t recommend it because I’m unlikely to interact with graduation pictures again and am unlikely to remember tge brand.
The pictures taken by the Grad Team were very good and clear. I appreciated the variety of packages offered. Being able to choose more than one picture option in a package was great. Ordering was easy and the delivery was speedy. The pictures sent to me were delivered in perfect condition. The only recommendation I have is to lower the cost of each package. I would have ordered more pictures if they were a little less expensive. Thank you for your great service.

Very upset! I paid for 6?pictures for download $150.00z May payment was processed. I have not received any pictures to download. My payment was taken out of my account. I also emailed the company without a return response. This is a very important event we want our pictures.

The photographer snapped a still graduation photo so quickly that he or she didn’t notice that the tassel was in front of my son’s face. Then I got charged $25 for you to photoshop the tassel out of the picture. I know the photos of the graduates standing with the school officials need to be taken quickly, but taking a picture with the tassel in front of a face in a photo where the people are posing for a photo and looking directly at the camera is the photographer’s mistake. It is disappointing to be charged to correct it. If you’d really like to make things right, you could refund the photoshop charge.
Labeling on the site carried over onto the front of the actual photo.
