How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

One of the pictures you sent me cut the cap off of my graduate. Also, in the preview it did not show that you put Montana State University on the picture. So I added my own text. Because of this the pictures look silly.

In addition, the picture taken has a thread of the tassel across my sons face. But the other picture didn’t show his face at all, so I had to select the one with the tassel across his face.

Compared to the commencement pictures we got from University of Wisconsin, these were terrible. Worst of all the price was identical.

What could we do to improve?

Refine facial recognition so that ALL photographs of each individual are later presented to them for ordering. In so doing, customers will not have to dig through hundreds of pictures to find ones of themselves.

I have not seen them. Our granddaughter sent the link and asked for what she wanted. We paid for them. I’m not certain she has received them.

Sending the photos in a flexible envelope is not great. Postal carriers do not pay any attention to the "do not bend" notation and roll or bend anyways. Try a completely rigid envelope or packaging next time.

Prices were high for grad pictures and felt forced to buy since we weren’t able to take our own. After paying for college it seemed like we were then being taken advantage of wanting to have the picture that culminates it all.

I havent gotten any help, I only got this email to rate my experience, which hasn't happened yet. I paid 55 dollars for a digital copy of my image that I havent received, and I havent received help either

What do you like about our products and services?

Asked one of the photographers to take a picture of our daughter but didn't know where she was sitting. They were able to find her and take a picture which we purchased in addition to other photos.

All the important moments were captured and perfectly timed with lots of smiles, both during the ceremony and afterwards with friends. Views we couldn’t possibly have captured ourselves while sitting in the stands. We really appreciated your attention to detail and having these photos available to us for purchase!

Sone poses are blurry and not clearly defined. It’s hard to tell this on the order page because of the banner and it’s movement.

The prints I received were overexposed. With the amount you charge for these photos, you should be able to spend ten seconds producing an acceptable print without charging extra for it. To make it right, you could send me prints that you did spend ten seconds on, but I'm not expecting that.

I am still waiting to receive my order. I provided both my addresses and noted which was for USPS and which was if sending by UPS or Fedex. Got an email 2 weeks later that the photos were returned. I again provided the correct addresses and was told it was being remailed to me. I have waited for 2 more weeks and still have not received my order.
