Implement a tassel regeneration feature for those whose tassel is either partially or entirely invisible in the original photograph(s).
I didn't like that I couldn't crop other students out of the picture. The poses seemed rushed and not in focus.
Not sure, do not have anythhing to compare their service with. They did a good job

I received my photo card order almost immediately, but I have not yet received the plaque that I ordered at the same time. How long does it take to fill the plaque order? Also, I could not easily find an email or phone number to contact regarding the plaque.
Pictures were blurry. Better image quality can be achieved with smartphones than what I received from this photographer. 3/10 Not impressed.
Missing coffee cup and 2 magnets. No response from customer service when called and E-Mailed. ðŸ˜

I almost didn’t open because it was not an area code from the state my daughter graduated from.
We were very pleased with the photos we ordered!
1. I don't know why there was such a big rush. Graduation is already an incredibly stressful experience outside of the actual commencement portion. There was no time taken to make sure the photos being taken were good or that the person being photographed wasn't being herded to some secondary location in the middle of the photograph.
If you want grads looking happy and as stress-free as possible, you, as a company, are responsible for communicating to your contract holder, University of Wyoming, what makes good photos. Otherwise, why are either of you doing business.
2. I don't know what I expected from white people in Wyoming but I have never looked so washed out in my life. Already the lighting is terrible and no steps were made to make sure the lighting was even halfway decent, then almost completely unedited photos were uploaded with giant scrolling watermarks making it impossible to see clearly that I, a Black woman, look like I'm suffering from jaundice? And I'm supposed to pay money for retouches? And what are those retouches supposed to be? Absolutely not.
Then again, why would I trust Wyoming to offer a good product to anyone ever.
The photographer has no sense of art! The pictures were awful! But we had no choice but to purchase those amateurish photographs! We blame Purdue University for not having competing photographers!
Photo has her eyes closed. So disappointed.
