One of the pictures I ordered a print of was very blurry and so low quality that I won’t be framing it or showing it to my family. I’d like the cost of that 5x7 print refunded to make things right.
My graduation photo looks as if there is a filter of some sort on my face and it has completely blurred the image. I paid $136.00 for digital and print photos and they look horribly blurry. Every other area of the photo is clear except my face. I would like a refund as the photos are not usable.
The prices were too high iniyially but after discounted prices, it prompted me to buy it.
Quality and price was reasonable
I was very pleased with my pictures. I think the team took time to make sure I looked complete from my gown to my hair and I appreciate that.

Photos had so much glare they weren’t usable. They were modified a bit, at no cost, but still not what I think is worth the money. I remain disappointed.

Looked like I had a filter on my digit downloads so I bought more with less touch ups and my teeth looks more yellow on the pic than in real life. So I’m out of money for two sets of digital pictures I do not like.

I first picked/ordered 3 pictures to download and never could get them to download. I got an encrypted page that never worked. I waited until there was 20% off and ordered again, and it worked great, no problems!
