The turn around time was quick. I liked all the options available as far as packages ((including the option to download a copy) and having more than one background to choose from as well as the photo with the dean of engineering
Very expensive for not great photos.
The photos came in a reasonable amount of time, but I’m still waiting for the coffee mugs. An update communication would be very helpful, but there hasn’t been any.

I didn't have a chance to smile in my picture. I had no clue she had taken it and then the price for digital and retouching was beyond ridiculous. $130 for 3 pictures that don't look like they have had anything done to retouch them. The only thing to make it right would be a refund of 1/2 of what I paid. That's what would be fair.
The process was easy and the delivery was prompt. Could not have asked for a better experience!
