Standing still pictures were shot at an upward angle (from under the chin) too much.
The quality of the digital downloads wasn't what I would expect from professionals.
Trying to login and find the pictures afterward was a pain, there were people with QR code at the event but they walked on the outsides and those of us who had to stand on the inside lines were not able to get it. If there was an email blast included in all the commencement emails that would have been easier to distribute
I just don't have anyone graduating again anytime soon. The photos were great and I'd order again.
The photos on stage were not from the correct angle. Looked like clipped from a video recording. These are once in life time events and you guys messed it up.
Picture was not centered on graduate and got the back head shot of the director handing out the diplomas

Photos are nice but the pricing for just a digital photo is absurd. $70 for one digital photo just doesn’t make sense
I’m not sure who this falls on- the picture I ordered came to me grainy and seemed somewhat unclear. It’ll be fine but for how much everything costs lately, I would have expected higher quality than what my iPhone would take.
The pictures were obviously rushed. No time or effort was put in to them. This is extremely disappointing being that our children only graduate once and it would be nice to have one decent picture of our daughter. Perhaps schedule picture more than an hour prior to the ceremony.
One of the pics we chose as an 8x10 turned out blurry. Should’ve been mentioned that it wouldn’t blow up well. With option to pick another frame instead. Little disappointed in that for the cost.

In the sit down photo, ny son's eyes were closed. I thought with digital photos, that could instantly be seen so another picture could be taken.
The pictures were fine. I wish there had been more to choose from. I had one pose so chose that one and then one as I was being hooded.
