the stain was not remove after second return. the whole point of getting carpet clean is to remove stain and to clean sanitize carpet. though im pro environmental friendly chemicals. but if the cleaning agent use cannot remove the stain you will loose alot of customer. please email me for questions.
You quoted me a price to clean my carpet after physically looking at the size of the job .
After the carpet was cleaned the price was $60 dollars more.
I charged it on my card called when l saw the invoice called to complain haven’t heard back yet.
your rep was very thorough and great to work with- he explained the advantages of using the "environmentally friendly "detergents to deep clean the carpeting. and options we had to ensure that the carpet would stay clean. overall - a great job to deep clean and get rid of "stains".4just wish there was a way to follow up since it was difficult to see the full effect until the carpet had dried completely and we could have probably used a second application in a few smaller areas.
You have a quality product. It does a great job. There were some spots that showed up after the first treatment, but your company was great about coming back and treating those spots again. They have showed up again, but I think you have done your best, and I think your product is overall very good.
Fast, non toxic. Only problem was drying time. Unfortunately for us, it was rainy that day.

When I selected Zerorez I wasn't sure that with just there special water it would be able to clean the stains on my carpet but I owe Zeroez a huge thank you because my wife is thrilled with their results. My carpets are clean and no soapy un healthy residue left behind. The carpet looks and feels great!
