The service was wonderful. I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends. The carpet looks great and the guy who cleaned the carpets really did his best to get any stains and dirt out. I didn't feel like the service was rushed. Excellent work!!

Concentrate on stain removal
I like that my call was answered by a person. I like that I was able to get an appt fairly soon and at my convenience. I like that the service techs were able to come early, so obviously on time. I like that they could answer my questions and spoke about their product and service with knowledge. I really like that they carry everything out (even the water!) and that no chemicals are used. And I really, really like the results! My carpet dried that afternoon and two weeks later, it continues to look and smell clean. I'll be using zerorez annually.

Good communications, two day reminder notice. technicians' Rocky and Grant professional, polite, efficient, Answered my questions on the process. End result - my 10 year old carpet almost looked new. Your process - very different from my renting a carpet cleaner and doing it myself. Glad I heard of Zerorez on Team Lalley radio show.

This is the cleanest our carpets and vinyl floors have ever been.
CARPET was cleaned well, dries quickly, living n dining room, 2 bedrooms with pet stains. Carpet is old, from 1993, but not soiled..vacuumed weekly.
After cleaning, Rocky sprayed protectant on , except for bedrooms. He was done in 2 hrs. Very satisfied.

We noticed some residue and a couple of stains after the carpet dried and the technician departed. It would be nice to have a mechanism for customers to follow up if they spot any issues. Maybe consider follow up calls 24-48 hours after service to ensure satisfaction.

The two gentlemen who cleaned my home were lovely and respectful! They did an amazing job. I had terrible carpet stains from the day prior and they made them disappear. Would highly recommend this company!
I was able to get a appointment the very next day that I called. He was running early from a previous job so texted if he could come earlier which was a plus. My carpet felt cleaner and didn't have a chemical smell or feel like residue or stiffness in the carpet. I do wish I could have seen how dirty my carpet water was being that they run a hose from their van into the house so you don't really know how bad it was. I seen Zerorez on Living 808 and they said they were running a special for Lahaina and all proceeds would go directly to them to help. I asked about the link but instead i got a text with a invoice which I paid but it didn't have anything to do with Lahaina and nothing saying that a portion would go to them. One of the main reasons I did call them was proceeds would go to them but it didn't that part I was disappointed because on TV they said they would give the link and money's would be donated sticky to Lahaina.. if you going to go on TV and say that I think you should follow what you said your going to do.
