Prompt courteous and thorough. Really surprised at how dirty the upholstery was. Price was right, and technician was professional and friendly.

The process of booking the appointment to completing payment has been effortless. Everything has been very easy to complete and response time was quick. Our service technician, Grant, was very quick to assess the areas we needed cleaning. He shared his concerns and recommended a few things that could help us keep a clean carpet for a longer period of time. He also did some tests and demonstrated a product that he recommended for us to add to our services which we appreciated. Overall we had a great experience from beginning to the end. My flooring is white ceramic tile with white grout. I emailed your company asking if your process would be able to remove dirt and grime that was twenty years in the making as it was a rental for many years. The response was basically we have a process that can renew the flooring.
While the prices did clean 50 to 75 percent of the stained grout it was somewhat disappointing because the tiles themselves didn’t get as clean as the grout. The solution and method seemed to work but I feel there wasn’t enough time devoted to the cleaning process. I noticed on my invoice a level 1 cleaning? Not sure what that means.
Wild more scrubbing have made a difference?
I contacted the technician a day later and expressed my appreciation for good labor but I wish I could have been able to concentrate more time in certain areas such as the entry, patio and kitchen. The tile looks better but there are areas along the wall that didn’t get as clean as in the easily accessed areas.
I am considering having the work done again as the tech said it would get cleaner with another session.

Service was different from previous carpet cleanings. Treatment of dog urine, use of agitating brushes, placement of corner guards. Cleaning was pricier than my previous cleanings, but the small details made a difference. Grant explained all details and made recommendations
