Easy to connect with someone
Boston and Robert were so professional from start to finish! Robert texted me his ETA as he was approaching my apartment, allowing me time to meet them. He explained to me the entire Zerorez cleaning process and the benefits that their products and services offer for my apartment and the environment! Boston explained to me how they were going to clean the carpet and that I could stay and watch if I wanted to. I ended up coming back later and was totally floored (pun intended) by their amazing results. They were able to clean out stains from the carpet from two tenants ago! I was so impressed, they were so friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I look forward to hiring the tea back soon!

Satisfied with my carpet cleaning job that you guys performed.
The techs were very friendly and the cleaning was good. The disappointing part was the dry time. I had expected to be able to use the furniture later in the evening, but it was excessively wet through the night and even into the next morning. Not sure what went wrong, but the expectation of 2-3 hours of dry time is unrealistic. It would be better to indicate a normal dry time of overnight.
The carpets look great, got a nasty stain up, and they dried quickly. The techs were super friendly and answered all my questions.
Did a great job cleaning my solar panels! While my roof was relatively easy access, may want to consider safety harnesses for challenging jobs.
All of the people that I interacted with were very nice! ZeroRez has a great rep and I had used before in mainland. I was happy to hear now in HI and decided to give u a try. A few suggestions. In comparing to past ZeroRez experiences and to other local company. Price wise you were a bit higher for slightly less work. My last cleaning from a different company also included an area rug and cost was less. Outcome - about the same. Due to adding the stain coverage - it was wet which was a draw back from a piece of the initial attraction of quick dry. Little things that matter: booties for your employees. All past experiences the employees put on and took off booties when coming in the house and working. This experience all employees respectfully left shoes at the door and walked barefoot thru the house even on wet surface. After clean up: in all previous experiences the floor areas leading to the service s areas ended up with water etc on them. Same thing this time. Past experiences the employees essentially moped or cleaned the area. In this case there was a minor towel wipe of a visible puddle and not more. I cleaned the floor area after. Just a suggestion of little things to improve. Based on this experience- it was good but I will most likely go back to my previous company

Everything the customer service was amazing and I worked in customer service for 30 plus years so I truly understand how hard that can be. The staff was amazing they showed up early kept me informed called me when I’m route. Friendly staff worked hard did the best they could asked questions they were truly professional. Would highly recommend. Wait the best part was the cost that’s what got me well with the value. Thank you guys.
The service was super fast. I love the product they use, it has made the carpet smell fresh, not chemical. The price is great too. I will definitely use them again.
From arrival to completion, the crew showed care in their work. The result was very good.
