Excellent service. My wool silk rugs came out perfect.
Very pleased with my carpet shampoo
Excellent cleaning of the grout lines between the floor tiles. Almost all the grout lines were dirty and some were almost black from a previous tenant. The technician used a long mechanical scrubber that was placed along the grout lines and the dirt/dirty water was sucked away. After that a circular scrubber was used to scrub the tiles. Finally the floors were completely dried with a rectangular mop. A lot of work by 1 guy! Wore booties at various stages and at the end to ensure floors were pristine when he finished. Definitely recommend Zeroez!

Was suggested to do the higher level cleaning due to dog urine but it still smells just as bad as before the cleaning

The guys were great! They were prompt and communicated before, during and after the cleaning service. My rugs were dry within 9 hours and the best part of the result was that the rugs felt clean and they were not "crunchy".

Robert who did the carpet was amazing to work with and tried his best to work with what he had but I don’t understand why The low pressure cleaning cost more than the regular standard pressurized machine? I think it should cost less since it doesn’t clean as well as the regular machine. I wish I would have known sooner that you folks charge extra and use low pressurized machine for town house clients. Also the carpet look more like it was just combed through and sprayed. My landlord in fact wanted it to get Redone so if I could get half of what I paid that would be great or have someone come in that has a stronger machine to take care of it would be great as well.
