Being that all the units in our condotel are individually owned, when we have shampooing needs for carpet and furniture, we must coordinate the timing very tightly so to have the least impact on our units' rental performance.
Zerorez maintains great communication. I have just found and scheduled. Because the unit we wanted shampooed is very popular and Zerorez is quite busy, I needed to make a reservation rather far into the future.
The work that was done was as good as the carpets condition would let it be.
I wonder if Zerorez has an emergency department that can reply more quickly,

One of the Surface level stains remained after the cleaning and my husband actually got it out the next day using dish soap and vinegar. What a joke! Pricing wasn’t transparent as the pricing was explained differently by the person who actually did the cleaning. I was told it was by room pricing and depended on room size but when the person came to do the cleaning they did charge by room but also by spot and extra depending on level of disinfection which was not initially explained. Very dissatisfied.

We had a great experience with Zerorez! The appointment was easy to schedule and Joe arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional! Our carpets looked amazing afterwards! Honestly, it looked way better than when we moved in. I wish I had taken before/after pics. Also, the carpets dried quickly (about 4 hours) and did not dry crunchy. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning!
I liked how clean your products got my couch and rug. The service was wonderful! Rocky did an amazing job and was very nice.
Rocky (Carpet technician) was GREAT! Very polite, punctual, and communication was excellent! He did a FANTASTIC job on my mom's 6th floor apartment bedrooms. Quick and efficient, even with the additional apparatus needed due to the high condo floor.

After the carpet dried, we could tell it had been cleaned because it looked refreshed and felt clean when we walk on it, no residual of any kind.

It’s a great service and I specifically searched for the extraction method because I prefer it. I’ve used your company twice now (plus a follow up after the first visit when the pet issue had not been resolved—they were great about it. But this time, I was quoted an estimate and the bill was $230 more! I understood that there would be some measurements taken on sure that might change things and that there may be (what I thought were) some spot cleaning that needed to be done. But the customer service neglected to tell me it would be $150 additional dollars for pet treatment. I had specifically asked for pet treatment in the quote because it’s required by my landlord. I asked for a specific breakdown because even the $293 seemed high and that included the biological fee. But $525 was unexpected and astronomical. So, while I love the service and the technicians have always been stellar, polite, and professional—I can’t recommend this company for the cost and the unclear quoting. As well, the response after I complained was sort of, yes, that’s how it is, we’ll do better next time—which is unacceptable from an accountability standpoint. I have the ignite number now for someone to call about it because I went back and asked for a partial refund. With all of my other expenses with living I can’t afford this big of a mistake.
The results are fantastic! The technicians, Joe and Rocky, were knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. We could not be happier.

Zerorez professionally handled the entire process. My elevator was down the morning of my appointment, and they worked around the dilemma to ensure my carpet was cleaned. My carpet had some dark stains from the previous tenant, and Zeroez was able to get rid of all of the stains! Additionally, Zerorez uses safe and natural products that will clean the carpet and not harm it. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know.
