Carpet cleaning
Very prompt. The service is very quiet, seems very efficient. Staff is couteous. I will have them back, and refer them without hesitation
There is a residue on the carpet. I can feel it when I run my hands over it. Also, the spots that he said were stained bad with urine did not go away. I would have had a better result if I had the carpet shampooed. Extremely disappointed. He convinced me to pay extra for the urine treatment and it did nothing that I couldn’t have done with my own spot cleaner. I should be refunded the extra cost for that. I would not recommend

Reliable
no chemicals, on time, good communication
The two men that came out to service and clean my carpets were very thoughtful and thorough. They wore "booties" on their shoes, and made sure to answer questions I had as well. The carpets looked and smelled GREAT. Even today, 24 hours after the cleaning you can walk upstairs and still smell the freshness. I will use you guys again, thank you
The one piece of furniture that I was the most concerned about, the spot was removed but the rest of the chair still look dirty. Also initially I had just asked to have two chairs and the rug cleaned. The service provider stated that since he was already here he’d clean the other two chairs for a small amount. I should have asked how much but didn’t. When he gave me the bill, originally I was quoted $301. I ended up paying $475 ish and so I felt a little manipulated and ripped off. The service provider was very deligent and did a very good job on the 3 chairs, but not the chair that was stained. I don’t think I would recommend this company for further services.
Grant and Rocky did a very good job especially my rug. Eliminated our dog odor! Will use them again
Having the appropriate cleaning tools to provide very good outcome. However, customer sh be able to see the dirty water suctioned from the carpet, to see the quality of dirt taken, we were not able to see the dirty water from the carpet.
The carpets were cleaned quickly and stains were removed. The carpet was a brighter and whiter color after it was cleaned and the technician left no mess behind.
Rocky was great and did a good job.
It needs to be disclosed BEFORE appointment is scheduled and before technician is driving over that there are extra fees for those who do not live on the first floor or own a house. Very upset I was never notified of extra charges. I had to reach out to the company to confirm my booking- and still, no one mentioned to me about the extra charges.
I also am upset I had to carry up the hoses to the third floor. The same hoses I had to pay $40 for. I would also appreciate if the tech did not wear his sneakers in the house or on the carpets. Will continue to let my friends, work colleagues, and family know not to use the company’s services for carpet cleaning.
It’s unfortunate- the carpets look great. But still does not correct the issues listed above.
There are several disappointments in the communication, application but the final result was once my carpet dried it didn't seem really clean - it looked good wet but it seems less to have less Sheen, luster the carpet looks dull and no stains removed. Hmmmm
Built in portable charge was redicioulous -four items — surprise charges shouldn't be legal
Disappointed in general. Employee was very nice personality which off set the disappointed of the service. But the service did not meet my expectations.
Overcharged dull carpet sad
It helped get some stuff off my floor but it didn't help much in the living room area. Workers had issues with the hose while working in the living room area and not sure if that was the problem but definitely will not waste over $200 again.
Rocky is an outstanding representative of Zerorez. He is professional, competent, accurate and reliable. Rocky is a terrific ambassador of your company. He should be promoted and given higher level positions of increasing responsibility.
