No harsh chemicals are used, technicians were friendly and professional, area rug could be cleaned in the house or picked up to be cleaned in the warehouse (and then dropped off), price for cleaning was fair.

We asked that the main traffic areas and bathrooms be done, but the bathroom floors were forgotten. Great job on the other areas though and on our carpets, which were done on a separate invoice/paid for by our tenant.
Arrived on time, super friendly, went the extra mile and our couch and carpet look great! Love that there are no chemicals. Definitely will use ZeroRez again!

The Zeronex Hawaii team transformed our 25 year old living room carpet. It now glows - after they removed the grime and cat hair. They are professional and their rates are very reasonable.

Unfortunately pet urine odor is very difficult to remove. So , there wasn’t much improvement ! But they tried !
Prompt customer service. The cleaning process went well. No hassle or mess. Our extra large sofa was cleaned in a few hours. It dried quickly and feels super clean.

I was amazed at how CLEAN my carpet was after the service. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much and was blown away by the difference.
I love that it's affordable as well! This was my first carpet cleaning and I'd like to make it a routine and it's nice to know that I will be able to.
Additionally, my house doesn't get much of a breeze. Before service, there was always a stuffy, musty smell especially on those hot, humid days.
After the service, my house smells so fresh. I'm grateful because now, I can keep my carpet!
Lastly, Robert and Maile were the two that cleaned my carpet. Aside from being friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! I most definitely was!
