I had an area rug that was 25 years old and had never had a proper deep cleaning. We had a cat pee problem and after trying several off the shelf products to no avail, looked into getting it professionally cleaned. Zerorez was responsive, friendly, professional and arranged a very reasonable fee. They also included free pickup and delivery which was hugely convenient because the rug was rather large. The folks were extremely polite, friendly, and hard-working. They promised a 24-hour turn around time, but then asked to keep it another day to run it through again, which was totally fine. While the rug did come back a lot cleaner, it still unfortunately had a cat urine smell, not as strong, but unacceptable to keep in our living room. I don't fault the company, I have heard that cat urine is probably one of the worst smells to deal with. Am I happy with this company? Yes! They are good folks and really do a good job.

Every nice. Except one dirty spot. It came out easy with little effort. It was obvious in middle of rug. But I still tip 10 dollars. Very reasonable price. With great pickup and delivery. They drop off rug next day on dirty driveway. Without plastic tube bag. It started to drizzle but I rush home before it rain. Lucky didn't rain. I told her just drop off . I'll be home soon. If that case owner not home should be in protective plastic tube bag. your company should consider having in case on rare occasion owner late or not home. And approval to drop off. Mahalo and will use your great company in future.

The work crew arrived as scheduled with notice that they were on the way. The crew was very courteous, easy to work with and efficient.
Our ceramic tile is about 20 years old and needed a deep cleaning, the results of the cleaning exceeded my expectations. The cost was excellent and only took about 2.5 hours to clean about 1100 sq. ft. of tile and a 10’x8’ area rug. I will most likely schedule a cleaning every 2-3 years. Highly recommend this company, great results, excellent price and cleaning time.

Mike and his assistant provided excellent customer service and advised us how to prepare for the cleaning of our carpet. He even came out to our home on a site visit to answer all of our questions. My wife and I were pleased with his service and would recommend Zeroez !

The staff were excellent. Amy walked through everything over the phone with me ahead of time and the techs, Robert and Austin were both kind and professional. They did an amazing job and most of stains on our carpet were completely removed! Even stains that had been there a while. Will definitely use this company again and recommend them to people I know.
I am a little unhappy with my staircase carpeting. It looks like lava pads on the top or clean the side was not and you can see the discoloration left behind. It really needs to be done again
