It is very streamlined. My only face-time was at an RV show in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The whole purchase process occurred after the show over the internet and was very easy.

Everything was great! Drop off easy and great communication during repairs. Megan was very quick to respond to questions and very good at explaining repair process. Definitely will use them again.

All employees from the receptionist to the sales, financial and demo person go out of there way to answer questions you have and make you feel comfortable.

We sold our 2022 Newmar News Aire to General. They did a thorough eval and the price was fair enough. They seemed careful and respectful of our property as they were all over it before making their offer.

It was a relaxed, no pressure buying experience.

They were very thorough going over the RV. From the salesman that showed us the Passport at the Hershey show, to the sales of accessories when we picked it up, were very respectful and gave us space to make decisions without being pushy or trying to sell us things we didn’t need. When the trailer was hooked up to the truck and we realized a fuse was blown, the customer service went out and got a fuse and told us not to worry about it. Getting insurance was easy from the linked insurance agent that found us a great policy.

Excellent service

All the staff we interacted with were helpful. The financing went very smooth, there wasn’t a single issue with it. The walk through was informative. It was a real pleasure and better than our first experience, which wasn’t bad, just a little different.

Everyone who helped us was patient and explained things so we understood and felt comfortable driving away on our new camper.

I sense a team spirit amongst the group at the dealership. Everyone seems focused on customer satisfaction. I haven’t seen that everywhere.
