Friendly service. Willingness to make the sale. Assurances guaranteed. And when you messed up, your people bent over backwards to accommodate your customer getting home 2.5 hrs away without the RV. Then delivering it a few days later on a Sunday.

It is very streamlined. My only face-time was at an RV show in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The whole purchase process occurred after the show over the internet and was very easy.

We sold our 2022 Newmar News Aire to General. They did a thorough eval and the price was fair enough. They seemed careful and respectful of our property as they were all over it before making their offer.
It was a relaxed, no pressure buying experience.
They were very thorough going over the RV. From the salesman that showed us the Passport at the Hershey show, to the sales of accessories when we picked it up, were very respectful and gave us space to make decisions without being pushy or trying to sell us things we didn’t need. When the trailer was hooked up to the truck and we realized a fuse was blown, the customer service went out and got a fuse and told us not to worry about it. Getting insurance was easy from the linked insurance agent that found us a great policy.
Excellent service
All the staff we interacted with were helpful. The financing went very smooth, there wasn’t a single issue with it. The walk through was informative. It was a real pleasure and better than our first experience, which wasn’t bad, just a little different.

This was our 3rd RV purchase from General RV. The trailer that we wanted was still being built in Indiana and we had a camping trip planned in 10 days. Somehow it all came together and the trailer arrived on Friday we picked it up Saturday and left Sunday for camping. The entire staff at General was amazing.
