I had warranty work done on my RV today at General RV. I have been an avid camper for over 50 years. I’ve owned multiple types of RVs purchased from different dealerships. I was impressed by Terrence, the service manager. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and polite. I had just a few minor problems, with my Grand Design Transcend. The service techs took care of the repairs and I drove home the same day. I would recommend this dealership and it’s service department to anyone looking for a quality RV and quality service.

I must give Cayla and Matt their thumbs 👍 for being very helpful, patient and answering all my questions even when I get frustrated with my used class a. They really make me feel like I'm worthy of this unit...I really tell all my fellow campers...if you going to buy,trade or even look around for a camper....GO STRAIGHT TO GENERAL.....period

Quick response and so far everything promised to be fixed on the new motor home got done. Have a couple items we are waiting on yet.

Not so happy with Service, i had requested 5 items to be fixed they only took Addressed one off them After making us wait in the parking lot for 5 hours in 107 degree temperatures, by the time we received it They were closing, so i had to fix everything myself
