Always great to work with the employees. We just switched from Steven Slayman to Allan Azar as our adviser (Steven has new position) and he is just as good. Highly recommend the service department there

I'm giving a 9 rating, because my service rep was great about keeping me informed about my repairs.

The negative part of the experience was how long the repair took. The RV was in the shop for over a month for minor repairs. First parts took a while & then the repair was delayed again waiting for techs to finish winterizing the retails units in the yard. I really had to scramble to get my unit winterized.
