Malcolm did a great job showing us the coach and spoke our language. Had a great time talking with him. Tammy did a wonderful job reviewing the coach with us upon delivery. We so enjoyed her excitement and she was very helpful. Due to user error I was fortunate to speak to Tom and Service and he was able to guide me through while we were on our camping trip. His expertise with Newmar is unmatched. I also spoke with Joe who showed his expertise as a Spartan chassis expert. All these people are the best.

Very good experience, the process in purchasing our camper successfully well done. I was really impressed with our sales representative and our walk through who went over all the items in our new camper. I would recommend General RV in North Canton Ohio to anyone suggesting they are interested in Camping.
Everyone was up upfront with the process
it great place to buy and get repairs done they have a parking lot that you nan plug in and stay well you get repaired you just have to unplug and i get it ready by 9:00 a so they can wo tow it in to work on ir until 5:00 then they put back out four you to live in well getting repairs they have a great waiting area plus place naer them to go eat etc.
From the moment we entered the door, the whole team treated us with kindness and hospitality. Everyone from the sales department to service treated us with respect and did their best to accommodate our needs. If you shout outs to mention for exceptional service:

Good RV tech review of rv and transportation when problem needed to be repaired
I had warranty work done on my RV today at General RV. I have been an avid camper for over 50 years. I’ve owned multiple types of RVs purchased from different dealerships. I was impressed by Terrence, the service manager. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and polite. I had just a few minor problems, with my Grand Design Transcend. The service techs took care of the repairs and I drove home the same day. I would recommend this dealership and it’s service department to anyone looking for a quality RV and quality service.
I must give Cayla and Matt their thumbs 👍 for being very helpful, patient and answering all my questions even when I get frustrated with my used class a. They really make me feel like I'm worthy of this unit...I really tell all my fellow campers...if you going to buy,trade or even look around for a camper....GO STRAIGHT TO GENERAL.....period
Everything, from the beginning talking with Greg Raczynski (Internet Specialist) and Adam Germain (National Business Manager) to the actual day of pick up. Words cannot explain the level of professionalism and care that these guys brought to the table. My family and I are new to camping and the process was great! In my honest opinion I believe that it is more than just a 'sale' to them, I talked with these individuals on a regular basis throughout the purchase like I had known them my whole life.
