Service person, Heather, was very excellent. Clear communications and very thorough. Always were fully informed of all steps. This is our 7th RV since the first in 1970 so we do have experience. Probably the best experience of all.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and we really had a lot of fun with the whole process!! My only regret was not taking a pic of us with our sign in front of our new Rig!! I was greeted, offered water, cookies. I was invited to use the vending area. After the service was completed, I was walked to my parked RV. Everyone was happy to see me. Andrew is a valuable member of the team. He was training a new man who appears to working well. I will miss this when I leave the area.

You had the water pump that I needed and the clerk did a wonderful job.
Everything went really well with sales until I noticed several issues with the motorhome, I got it back in to service the first time and did not go well, second time around went better, however still had issues, got some electrical stuff resolved but not all, was then informed by service that the rest of the issues had to be brought down to Ford.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with General RV Dover in the past, not this time around,
Will certainly reconsider my options and shop around other dealers in my next motorhome.

We are returning customers to General RV. This visit was another great experience when we did a trade in and purchased our new 5th Wheel trailer. Our patient and very knowledgeable salesman, Brett, listened to our needs and found multiple options to help us narrow it down to the perfect model. Steven helped us find some great numbers on the new unit and our trade in to meet our needs, and Weston went above and beyond finding us a great financing option to fit our budget. The 3-D printed RV was also a great touch! For our pick up date, we spent time with Vanessa with a fun conversation about vacations and Wyatt showed us all the features to make sure we were ready to go. The staff at General RV of West Chester are always so friendly and helpful. From the warm hello from Kim at the front desk to when I am checking out and paying Frank at the desk for service. I’m always greeted with a smile and the team is very helpful and welcoming. Service advisors are always helpful, especially Megan who details the work that was done and answers the many questions that I have. She provides excellent communication throughout the process. I feel I’m in good hands with the entire staff. An additional shout out to George who has helped me with my specific Aqua hot water heater questions.
