My service advisor was great! The work performed was really good.

The sales team was good to work with, as was the finance department (Rory). The best part of our experience was the hand off, Deeann was great. She went through the rig in great depth while being funny and engaging. She gets an 11 out of 10.

It took great care of me in a timely fashion. It was a recall and they got right after it. I couldn’t be more pleased and I believe my service writer’s name was Ariel if that’s not right I’m close but she was just outstanding. She came out and helped me get all hooked up and ready to go. Explained everything they needed to do and gave me my copies of the work done. Very happy with general and again Ariel. I will continue to work with general in the future. Thank you.

Everyone at the Orange park location were amazing. I feel great about my purchase. I’m confident that if I have any questions or problems, I can reach out to the team and get the issue resolved.

The whole experience went well. They got us checked in quickly on drop off. Everyone was very friendly and most importantly professional and knowledgeable to their particular jobs from the front door to the pick back out on pick up. Service writer Will was exceptional. What I appreciated most about him was he wasn’t shy if he didn’t know the answer to a question his response was let’s find out. Couple questions I had didn’t involve this job yet he took me to shop manger to get my answers for next time I’m there. The install of my star link and two repairs we needed were completed to the Tee. I bought my coach from General RV in Richmond Va. Those guys were on point as well. So West Chester being much closer to me for repairs by 3 hrs I was delighted and we certainly will do our repairs services ECT there again. Thanks to all involved. Give them a pat on the back management! OH last the coffee machine was awesome thanks for the hospitality guys!
