I am grateful for the staff that I’ve interacted with a general RV. There were several people that stood out and I’d like to mention them beginning with Weston who helped us with the financing a very good loan, I feel as if he’s part of our family now I’d also like to mention the service advisor mrs. Natalie Simmons and Mr. Andy Andrews, who gave me some good tips on managing and caring for our new coach. I don’t know the name of the service manager. I found that he had a great sense of humor. First trip of the year and the bedroom slide would not retract. Contacted Brinkley, they walked me through manually retracting the slide. We were 2 weeks out of warranty. The customer service rep from Brinkley indicated that he would submit an exception request to have the problem covered by warranty once our dealer diagnosed and submitted a warranty request. I immediately contacted Sarah. She scheduled us for service the next day, which was a Friday. The problem was diagnosed and warranty claim submitted to Brinkley that very day. We had another trip scheduled for the following Friday. Between the great work of General RV Team and Brinkley the needed part was received, installed and all covered under warranty by Friday afternoon. We made our planned trip as scheduled. A big thank you to Sarah, the repair tech, your warranty team and all the folks at Brinkley RV for taking great care of us.

Everybody there was amazing! My only suggestion is for General RV to offer a yearly maintenance club. For a price, a customer could bring their RV in for yearly maintenance. It should be offered with every sale.

Everything about General RV is top tier. I love this place❗️😁the service is top notch! Todd is exceptional in how he tour your RV with you. He keeps checking back with you to give you updates. He stuck with you from beginning to end to end ❗️comfortable waiting room. The cookies when you first walk in was spot on since I’m diabetic and was in that kind dreadful drive on the expressway. The coffee bar was like nothing I ever experienced. 10/10. Even the popcorn was good! Everyone was so friendly! I love my Springdale camper. An exceptional brand that Keystone is. I will be coming back for future service. I love how my insurance was set up on the spot. This place is full service. No worries here. My dog even enjoyed the experience. Ironically I cleaned my trunk of my Nissan rogue today and found a General RV shopping bag in there. I don’t even remember where I got it. I had never used it therefore I’d say I was destined to meet The Kyle my salesman and my finance guy was incredible! The list goes on and on. Everyone was so accommodating. I can’t stop bragging about the place!!!!!!!!

General RV has been good to me so far with the experiences that I've had with them..!! I have a different setup than a motor home or RV as I drive a hotshot pickup with a sleeper on it that has a AC/Heat unit on it that they have serviced and done a great job in doing..!! Customer service has been very good compared to other places I have dealt with..!! Would 100% suggest this company to friends family and anyone I come across..!!
