Alan and Chris worked to correct the installation error of our hot water heater. However, we still have not been able to use the hot water heater and will need to contract the manufacturer since the rinse cycle still shows even after following the manufacturers directions concerning cleaning the hot water heater.

Overall it was a great experience. The issue that I have is the wait to check an RV for all of the button up items. When something is found at the last minute, then it adds stress. We had a problem found - tech thought transfer switch. We were told at our walk through (when none of the precious items that we brought up had been fixed yet). We were told the part hadn’t been ordered and we were heading out for a 4week trip. That part would have impactwd our trip tremendously since we will be off grid. I considered killing the deal at that point because that part would have been critical for off grid. We wouldn’t have had AC, microwave, or cooktop for our month trip. I asked that since the part hadn’t been ordered for them to be taken from a different palladium on lot. The customer should not have had to ask for an out of the box solution. Needless to say, that ended up not being the problem but it took many hours which I am thankful that they ran it down so very thoroughly. Extremely thankful. However, all of this could have been done the day before when the problem was found (they could have also fixed all of the little issues that were still remaining).

Sam was very thorough! She was great! However, I didn't think there should have been any charges for checking out the warranty work on our RV!

I will be calling the manufacturer regarding the charges. I was disappointed because any warranty work should not be charged to the customer!

The whole experience was top notch. From the moment that we walked in the door to delivery. My salesman was amazing and relatable. My trainer did an amazing job. Absolutely the best walk through of any new purchase in my 60 years of life. Even the finance guy did a great job! He was patient and answered every question or concern that I had.
I would highly recommend General RV at this point. Hopefully I never have to deal with warranty issues. But if I do, I would expect the service that I’ve received so far.

We had the BEST experience! We drove down from Oregon because we could not beat the price but the people there made it so much better. Wes was fantastic to work with and had us laughing the whole time. Highly recommend General RV to anyone! 100% worth the drive from any state! 10/10!

Zack Holmes was awesome at getting the parts installed on my grand Cherokee so I could flat tow it behind my new Motorhome. But the delivery was a total nightmare on my new coach. They never touched after the walk through before I paid for the coach. No paint protection or anything else was done. Sent me home without fueling it up or topping off the DEF. Came back on Friday for them to do the work and they put the paint protection on but did not do much. I spent 7 hours there with them still not feuling it up again and then spent five hours scrubbing the grout residue off the floor. They worked on the stove cover only to get glue on the counter so I would recommend the sales but I’m not real confident on the service side right now. I would rate Zack a 10 on working on my flat tow end but a 1 on the other people in service I know they were busy on the Monday I took delivery but to just park it and say there you go is not what I would think is being a good service center. I didn’t just buy a 10,000 dollar trailer so my expectations for buying a 400,000 motorhome were definitely not met. I will still use them and hopefully I get better service next time

The gentleman who walked us through all the features of our new camper was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable about our unit and took the time to explain everything clearly, including what to do and what to avoid. He answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before we left. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional.

Even through my financial troubles, they were very willing to work with me and find a proper solution. The first trailer I was looking at was just a bit too expensive and when I said that they immediately found another one. They were very quick on turnout times and they were very easily to get a hold of a very gracious for the service that they were able to give to me these past couple of weeks.
