The parts crew worked together to get exactly what I needed to fix my RV. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.

The women at reception treat you like a guest in their home. Very welcoming! My contact, Will, was helpful and thorough and is always a pleasure to work with. The man at checkout is always great at providing information & possible supplies I may need. Nick (?), the man who inspects my motorhome for service, is also excellent. Tell him I’ll improve on my “C+” grade he gave me for my sealant job.
I brought the motorhome in for summerization, an issue with the tires, and a generator oil change/inspection. When I left the dealership and arrived at my destination, I discovered my trunk door was open. I was confused as there is no access to water or generator. Gave me suspicious feelings. Further, I had to ask twice for fresh water, which I didn’t think wad much to ask. Only halfway filled

The associate that helped us find and order new recliners was very helpful.

We had issues with getting water into tank. They got a tech out to talk to us. When we got home ant tried what he said it seemed to be what was wrong. Thank you

Every one of the employees were exceptional. Very polite and kind! When it comes time to trade in, we will be back! we are bringing our daughter to come by an RV within the next three or four months and we will only shop at General RV!

Service dept. was incredible!

Technical knowledge, customer focused, willingness to make things correct (PDI). The team including Seleena and Bret went above and beyond including prepping our unit for an onsite boondocking. However, as constructive feedback, I did not care for the sales pitch of add-ons at the very end of a long day of walk through and paperwork (tire protection, insurances, etc.). It would be better to offer in advance as a pre read to familiarize and research rather than feeling overwhelmed in a pressure sales pitch.

My coach needed bearings, brakes, and slides adjusted. There were also two recalls outstanding, which were scheduled as well. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The bill was as agreed.

Emily helped me with some of the stuff that I needed. She also has helped me in the past. She was really helpful. The Olivia h worked with me getting my RV written up and booked on for Service. It needed a lot of work and she was very helpful and patient. We went in the RV and she went over everything with me that had to be done. She gave me the estimate I said so long to my RV and to Olivia and Emily and left. Both these girls are great assets to General RV. don’t let them go. They are definitely keepers. That is all. We have had some issues with our unit and Nate in the service department has been great to work with!! He has been very helpful and was very professional!!

Service fees were not crazy. Felt like they selected good trailers that fit our needs. Finance guy was freindly and not pushy. Really seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had a good experience and a good deal

After a bumpy start, we got paired with the perfect sales person. David listened to what we wanted, took us to our perfect RV and we were sold. Ham delivered our new RV like a true professional.

Our parts service was great. So was the price and accuracy of finding the right part with visual confirmation.

Had parts I needed, I believe it was opened in the past as I found not instructions in box.
Open till 4 Saturday was a big bonus.
