The ease of use: pull up, check in, sit down, wait, drive off. We ran in to some potential issues with the red tape surrounding the warranty but the team helped get it resolved with positive results. The staff was courteous and professional and the waiting room was clean, well stocked with snacks, and comfortable. This was my first experience bringing our RV in and I’m relieved to know that if it will be like this for future visits I’m confident that they’ll do what they can to ensure we’re taken care of in the shortest time possible. We’re really glad that we chose General RV for our first RV purchase ever and to know that the quality of service continues into the life of our RV.

We were treated with respect from start to finish. Samantha did a great job with our walk through of the trailer. She was very knowledgeable and wanted to ensure everything was correct. We have bought multiple rv’s and this experience was the best.
Jeff Van Duyn in services was very helpful as far as making sure the job was done in a timely manner. He also demonstrated efficiency as far as getting the right parts ordered & making sure it was covered under our extended warranty.

Sales associate Ivan, and service Kayla are great. Service time far too long (almost 3m), but they are pleasant, personable, and overall provide the personal touch that conveys a caring attitude.
Although far away from home I felt that the people at this place valued my business and wanted us to return in the future.
Megan was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. She worked hard to get my warranty items addressed.

Erica Ellison is a great service advisor. I have been lucky to get her every time I've come in for service in Tampa. Her communication is good. She was very thorough addressing any concerns with my RV, and even resolved some of the issues herself that ended up being me not understanding how some equipment worked. She went above and beyond to get me back on the road the last time I was there. She deserves a raise! Really!
