Sheldon Schulsinger, my salesman was great. He made the whole experience very nice. I had flown in the day before and he picked me up at my hotel the morning of delivery. Tammy your walkthrough associate was fantastic. She took pictures of a couple of things that were a little dirty or askew and a glitch with a slide. Your service techs fixed the glitch and took the time to show me the override in case it happened again. By the time I was finished with F&I all was good to go with the Coach.
All in All it was an excellent experience doing business with you! 👍😎

Customer service at general rv Orange Park Florida has really stepped up to the plate and hit at least a triple play or even a home run compared to some of my experiences in years past. They seemed to have found thier groove. From calls to the service department and setting appointments, to having services completed properly. I was very pleased with the service department this last time. Well done.
