Trek Bicycle Palm Springs still feels like the small hometown bicycle shop it was 20 years ago. Everyone is professional yet easy-going. There is no "hard-sell" going on. I told them I was going to take my time choosing a bike and I was encouraged to take all the time I needed. When it came time to add on the gear I wanted, Zach was thoughtful about making suggestions, keeping in mind that I only want to ride for fun and light fitness - I'm not a serious biker.
I love it there! I will probably pop in just to say hello even if I don't have any questions about my bike. It's just that sort of place. Such a great asset to Palm Springs!

Great full service shop. I was having trouble finding an LBS to rebuild a back wheel of an e-bike with a hub motor, so I called Trek Beverly Hills. Patrick was able to source a rim and spokes, and have a custom wheel built. They always sort out my bicycle issues, and also sold me a Checkpoint too.

We brought our beach cruisers in your guys took great care of us. Jim even helped us load the bikes in the truck, which was surprisingly complicated due to the nature of the truck bed cover. He stuck with it and we really appreciate the above and beyond service.
