Everyone is always very helpful to our needs. They also have the biggest stock of bikes and accessories. If they don’t have it in stock they will find it at another store for you if necessary.

Feel bad...don't remember the guy's name who helped me. A big guy. He took the time to check out my tires and found out my tires were woefully under inflated....At just 18 and 10 pounds...Yikes!

Speedy service! I brought my bike in on a Saturday morning for a tune up with full expectations that I’d be without my bike for a few days. Trek Bicycle Oakland replaced all the needed parts, tuned it up, and had it ready for me before the end of the day!
