I bought my ebike from Santa Rosa Trek, they always give me friendly and knowledgeable service. I've had 3 trek bikes in fact I've only had Trek bikes because they are the BEST
I had a minor problem with my bike, and the attendant helped me fix my problem and save some money along the way.
I rented a Trek road bike in Las Vegas this past April and was absolutely impressed by the service. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful. He not only prepared the bike perfectly but also recommended a great route that made my ride even more enjoyable. Thanks to his support, I had a fantastic day on the bike. This was truly an outstanding experience!

Very helpful staff that greeted me and assisted me with looking light mtn bikes. I purchased the Trek with TQ motor after doing some research on the light bikes and the capabilities of various types of motors. I believe Trek has great products and many options. Staff got me onto a test ride or two and it was a great experience. Selection of various options was also very easy with good help in showing me what was available. Appreciate the effort in going over the bike in great detail when I picked it up so I knew what everything was doing and what I could adjust for my personal preferences. Thanks for a great shopping and purchase experience.

The staff was friendly (especially Ryan!)knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Their service was fast and professional, and the quality of the bike when it was done was excellent. What impressed me the most was the pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops, and I felt like I got a great value without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future bike needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality bicycles at fair prices.

The sales person that helped us was highly knowledgeable and as a part of NICA himself he knew what our daughter needed in terms of a bicycle and peripheral items to be able to race this year.
The shop was very clean and well organized.
We had some problems with the dropper post after the first ride and we brought the bike in to get it taken care of and the technician got right to work fixing it and we were out the door in no time.

Isaiah and his crew have been doing a really good job and have my bike running as well as it has since I bought it. I use it a lot all year, so that's very important to me. They also make things right when issues do crop up and I appreciate that. I'd like to specifically thank Avery and Jordan for the good work they do and the quick turnaround on repairs.
That only negative I can think of is that they don't seem to ever get new bikes in stock. I've been interested in shopping a Domane, Checkpoint and a higher end FX, like the FX Sport 6 or 5, but I can't remember ever seeing one of those (FX) in stock at the U.P. store. They do have some Domane's and Checkpoints, but not much in the way of variety in colors, groupset configurations or colors. Certain models still seem to be hard to come by.
But overall, I'm very pleased with the store.

Excellent service and no pressure sales
I'm a long time Trek fan because I had a 1Phone number removed carbon fiber composite and had a very slight problem with the rear triangle being only a few millimeters off in alignment which as far as I knew, had no effect at all on how the bike rode. Despite the bike being well used and 3 years old, Trek gave me a brand new 2300 complete bicycle . I was astounded. I was perfectly happy keeping my old bike but Trek said they would rather just give me a complete brand new bike. This was going way beyond great customer service. Also the local shop here in Palm Desert where i now live is great and Daniel who works there is super helpful with technical questions I have from time to time bout my mountain bike. It's also great to have such a professional bike shop so close for parts and repair issues and for when I need to buy a new bike.
From when I called on the phone to get an estimated turnaround time to dropping off my bike, the folks in the shop were super friendly and understanding and we worked together to find a solution.

Maintenance staff have been very helpful, especially in person. They have completed 2 maintenance jobs for me: 1) replaced derailleur, cassette & shifters for MTB and 2) replaced brake cable for child's bike. Both bikes are working great.
My bike was tuned up as promised and fun to ride.
