The store was very nice with lots of options and information including maps for local routes. The salesman was helpful and friendly. He took time to compare multiple options and give useful recommendations based on age (I'm not young anymore) and riding preferences. He also discussed long term concerns, maintenance, possible upgrade items, and helpful tips. It was a very positive experience, and I would gladly visit again.

Our sales rep was awesome. Very patient and helpful. Also followed up with us after the bike was ordered to keep us informed as to its arrival + they prioritized its assembly so my son could use it in his NICA race. Very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend anyone to visit the shop!

They were very knowledgeable about all the things the bike needed for repairs and were efficient getting the parts with tight time frame that we had. We were on a tight time frame and they went above and beyond to get my daughter’s bike ready for college! The tires look fantastic and I love that they have reflective strip to help her be visible at night…they recommended these tires to me and I’m so thankful! They provided such great service! We will definitely be back!

The Trek staff at the Kearny Mesa location are fantastic. My bike was in need of chain and derailleur service and Daniel was friendly, thorough and quick.
We needed to get a part from another store and Daniel
had the cost and nearest location to pick it up within minutes. He was also able to give me a quick and reasonable estimate. Overall I was very happy with the timeframe and cost of the repairs!
