Customer service was thorough prior to service. Clear communication on exactly when technician would be there. Detailed explanation on costs of services needed. I was really impressed with the cleaning quality and that Tyson took the time to quote other services as well. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and won't be waiting as long to have my carpets cleaned.

Kyle was Wonderful and so knowledgeable. He explained all the products and what he was using. I will have him again to do my carpets before Christmas. Love the orange smell on my couch and bed. Thanks for sending him out he is Great!!!!

The technician was very knowledgable and stuck with it until he removed a 17-year old stain. Put there from a cherry popsicle when my grandson was a baby.
Rugs seem very clean but time will tell.
My carpets are old and need replaced but you have done a nice job and new can wait a bit longer.
It cleaned so well and lifted the nap of the carpet.
One more thing, it did not smell like wet dog when he got
