Kyle was very friendly, explained everything and was very thorough. He showed me the pet stains and was able to get them all cleaned up. My house smells and looks great! I am very pleased and will tell all about this great company. I will never use Rugdoctor or Resolve again.
My appointment was scheduled for between 0800 and 1000. At 0800, right on the hour, I heard a knock on my door and it was the Zerorez technician! It was very refreshing to have a company stay true to their commitment and show up on time. The technician did a fantastic job explaining their service, setting expectations and staying focused on the task. Very courteous and respectful.
I was frustrated because the quote I was given was not accurate. I was told it would be $338 to clean the carpet in my house but was charged $410. I gave all the rooms to the person on the phone to receive a quote, so I'm thinking she misheard or didn't input them all giving me an inaccurate quote. So I was frustrated.

Your service was great and the end product looks good, but can't make a final decision until we have walked on the carpet for a few days. Historically, that is when the deep stains reappear.

Not only do I love the results, I love the technicians! Tyson was so great at explaining the process that by the time he was done, I felt like I was IICRC certified. Infact he was almost as awesome as the technician we had when we lived in Spokane, I think his name was First name removed. Keep up the good work!
You were able to take out the coffee stain in a brand new carpet. Your recommendations for care between cleaning + stretching carpet that's 20 yrs old were helpful. All looks good!
Our technician-Tyson-explained everything very well. He took his time, listened to what I wanted. The carpet was dry in an hour. Was really pleased with the job he did.

The carpets are clean and the technician doing the carpet cleaning was professional and very careful to do a great job and paid very close attention to the attaching flooring, making sure it did not get any chemical or water on it. He appears to be very proud of his work and I really appreciate this.
