I like that it is a "green product"....no lingering chemicals or smell. That's good, especially if you have allergies or asthma. The person cleaning my carpet was professional and friendly. They let you know, when they will be at your home, and are there on time. They take time to do the job correctly. (removing any spots) and ask me before they leave, if there is anything else they can do. They're helpful, without being pushy. My carpet looks fresh and clean. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

The employee who did the service did not just "run a machine". I was impressed by his knowledge of the science behind his product and his training in its use.

Your tech, Tyson, was wonderful! He was friendly, informative, timely, and patient with my young soon who was so fascinated with the equipment that he followed Tyson around all morning. Tyson took the time to show and explain all that he was doing and how and why. The carpets smell fresher, feel so much softer (like new) and look tons better! This is the first time we have ever hired a professional company, but it certainly won't be the last. Thank you so much!

Non-toxic

The carpet smelled fresh and just took around 5 hours before it was dry. The carpet is clean and feels so soft to walk barefoot on. The young man was very pleasant and efficient that cleaned my carpet.

That you don't use chemicals and do not leave any residue in the carpets to attract dirt. No residue and chemicals means much more healthy way of cleaning.
