Actually I'm not happy with the way the edges turned out. Where the carpet meet's the hard woods, there are still stains or dirt.

They really get the stains and dirt out of the carpet and also clean up the tile floor very nicely.

I really appreciated receiving a phone call telling me who my tech would be (Kyle), and when he was on his way. Kyle and the Zerorez product did an amazing job with my disgusting carpet; and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He must have a very friendly aura because my dog took to him immediately, like I've *never* seen her do with anyone the first time she met them. Also, the carpets were completely dry within 4 hours.

I had my grout sealed and the cleaning part made a huge mess. I spent a bunch of my own time re-mopping and cleaning up chalky residue and footprints. It was a sticky mess. Feels pretty terrible to spend 700 dollars just clean it up myself. I'd like some of that money back in my pocket. I'm sure the sealing part of the job is great, but the sticky, chalky mess left behind was really frustrating.

The cleaning was superior and I appreciated the quick service and would highly recommend to all my friends. Thank you - great job!

Excellent job. The carpet looks like new. Your rep was polite, listened to my concerns, was thorough and worked hard to make sure the carpet was cleaned.

This was the first time we used Zerorez. We have three kids under the age of six and the light beige carpet was extremely dirty. It looks really good now and is soft to the touch. Tyson Chapman was very polite and did a great job cleaning the carpet. In the past when we had the carpet cleaned it seemed to get dirty really fast after the cleaning. We can't wait to see if Zerorez cleaning prevents this. Thanks

I realize this may not be a fair evaluation because my brother Casey was paying for my service but I would have not had some of the services done if I had known the cost. I was very surprised at the total amount. Looking back it would have been nice to have maybe a price sheet in hand to be aware of the expense. The total was so high for my budget, I would not have the same service done again. The prices seemed high to me and that is something I would disclose to any referral.
I wasn't "wowed" by the difference of before and after, but I think that is because my carpets and furniture are just old.
Tyson and other young man were great and very friendly. Only thing I didn't appreciate was a comment made about my brother Casey being an owner and how owners have $. Can't remember exact words but I don't think it should matter how much money you have, the cost was still important to me.
