I like that you don't use a lot of chemicals or leave residue behind. You treated the carpets for cat urine and the house doesn't smell anymore.

Generally your guys do a nice job for an older carpet. There are only two of us, and no indoor pets, with weekly vacuuming. This time however, the walkway between the living and formal dining looks like it was either missed or only a one and done approach.

Your technicians were very polite and nice to work with. However, when I signed up for the service to be done, I was not told that if there were any spots that were a little more problematic such as a T stain that I would be charged extra to put a little bit of solution on them to try to get them out. My understanding is when you pay to have your carpets cleaned. They are looking for stains and getting them out just not running genetically over the carpeting. I tried to point out three or four that had been a concern to me and they were not able to remove. I did not follow the technicians around while they were working I assumed on white carpeting. They would clearly be able to see any places where there might be an issue that needed a little extra attention. After the carpet dried, I found several places that should have been addressed while they were cleaning the carpet and it should’ve been in my opinion part of the service to work on getting any stains out not just a general going over of the carpeting because that was not my expectation so I am not pleased with the fact that they were not more thorough in while they were looking at the carpet and recognizing an area that needed attention.

You have cleaned our carpet multiple times in the past at this same residence. This time all the edges of the carpet where it meets the tile are dirtier than when you started. We are wondering if many dirty waster
Was left to pool there and causing the staining? I have pictures to send if interested.

He did a great job and our house smells clean, and id was dry in 3 hours like he said it would. The last company we went with our house smelled like dirt and it was wet for days. The carpet looks like new and Cory was great.

I have nothing but praise and admiration for Alex, the technician who showed up for a 2-6 apt at 5:30. He had worked long and hard all day but he proceeded to do a walk thru inspection of our home explaining how to treat each stain or problem area. He stayed until 8:30 to complete our job. We had phoned the local office several times when our apt time came and went. They answered once and promised a return call but they never called back and then our calls went unanswered.

In the past 28 years, I have personally cleaned my carpets. I’ve had them professionally cleaned and Zeroex has done it at least once.

I don’t know what changed, but I’d never had Cory clean my floors. It was noticeably better than any other time. Thanks, Cory!
