Well, the carpet did not come all the way clean now that it's been a couple days since you were here. Specifically, the area along the border of where the throw carpets sit - from the front door all the way to our counter. The rest of it looks good, but this is the main area where customers are going to see it still being dirty.

We used Zerorez for the first time at a commercial facility at Tri-City Union Gospel Mission and were very pleased with the results. Their method of cleaning is far superior to spraying a solution and then extracting a portion back, leaving you with soaked carpets that are not really clean. The people are friendly, and I totally support local family-owned businesses.

Josh did an outstanding job of cleaning my light colored sofa and chair. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them.

Our carpet cleaning stayed fresh for about a little longer than a week and a half then starts smelling again .We removed our cats litter box and rehoming him .Our newborn baby girl was born on 7-11-25 and I being Grandma really tired to have this issue resolved before baby came home !!! I spent allot of money for this carpet cleaning and still very disappointed .

Good customer service, great technician, thorough job.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. They came out twice, and both times the results were far from expected. High-traffic stains remained visible even after their second attempt. When I asked for a refund or even a partial refund, they refused.

What frustrated me the most is that I ended up using my own carpet cleaning machine afterwards, and I was actually able to lighten and clean those areas much better myself. I understand traffic areas will have wear to it but to get better results by myself if super disappointing.

I understand that my service was technically completed, but I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with the results. I would not recommend this company if you expect your carpets to actually look clean after they leave.

They tried to upset us after we received a quote and ticked on more$$$ I don't feel like they did a very good job in the bedroom which is unfortunate because I have always used zero rez. They seemed rushed
