Zerorez makes carpet cleaning easy and affordable. The technician waa professional, knowledge, polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was great.

Service was great! Needed a sectional couch cleaned in a pinch. They had me scheduled the same day and within 2 hrs my couch was cleaned! Loved the text reminder when techs we're on their way as well.

It was really appreciated about the ease of scheduling the cleaning and the communication with us about the status of his arrival. He was easy to communicate our wishes and was thorough in prepping and doing the job.

I called to have the company come do duct cleaning on my new home. I actually wasn't home during the service, I had a family member let Zerorez into the house. When I got home, I couldn't even tell that anyone had been there. They were clean, efficient, and thorough. They were able to clean my ducts through the vents as access to the furnace is limited. It took them maybe an hour. My family member said that they got a lot out. They were also very polite, as was Rosie when I talked with her on the phone.
I can see why my sister recommended them and I will gladly do the same.
I was a little disappointed how fast the carpets were cleaned. Definitely felt rushed and bare minimum was done. Closet was not done in master either. Also, they have always used corner guards to protect the walls/trim on the corners and this time they did not. I had paint chips on the floor from around the corners where the hose was dragged against. No shoe protectors worn either.
Appreciated how fast I was able to get an appointment but probably my least favorite service.
