While he used his broom/rake to fluff the family room carpet I really didn't notice much difference in the before and after carpet. He said how "bright ' it looked when he was done. I realize the "traffic " areas are not going to disappear, but they didn't look much different to me. He did 3 rooms in less than 30 minutes. 10 minutes per room does not seem like a very thorough job. Sorry, my son made the appointment for his home and mine. I had hoped zero rez would be better. He did not tell me that if I wanted the carpets to look clean I would have to pay extra for the stain treatment. He didn't explain any of the ideas it said in the after visit summary that he explained. Beverly York

My carpet was nice and clean and the technician was there on time. Nathan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really like that the process doesn’t use chemicals and no residue . Ive used Zerorez before and have always been satisfied

Tech was thorough and explained everything well.
I have dirty looking rings in a couple spots and we paid extra for all the things. I just feel that it isn't a $700 clean. I dont feel i should see this right after a cleaning.

Great products. No smell or residue. Just clean carpets! Very friendly service technicians. Very thoughtful about how to best attack our carpet problem. Would highly recommend to anyone.
