I had my carpet shampooed recently and the the guy who came over left a bigger stain than what was originally there.
I have used Zerorez before and this hasn't happened before.
I am just disappointed in this particular outcome. The gentleman was professional.
It's just the stain is bigger than what it was.

Gentleman who came to our house left a lot of saturated areas on the carpet, he told us it would be completely dry in 4-6 hours but you could tell where he missed spots when he sucked up water. Took about 36 hours to dry in those areas

Carpets were the wettest I have had. Seemed like the time wasn’t spent extracting the water out of the carpet. Also a couple of noticeable stains still remain that I was sure would have come out.
