I am the GM for a local plumbing company. As we all have mistakes sometimes in the plumbing industry we do too. When we have, we have used zerorez. The rapport I get back from my clients when subbing them out is the same as if I sent one of guys! There for I will refer zerorez with confidence. I have also used them in my office, which they have done a fantastic job from the estimate to the tech at the door. The carpet cleaner did a wonderful job on our very soiled carpets! He was professional and explained all the options very well.

I shouldn't have needed a second trip out to clean the carpet. Had the first guy spent more time on the heavier soiled carpets I would have been completely satisfied. This was confirmed by the results after the second guy came out and cleaned more thoroughly. The carpet looks great now!

We had Zerorez work on our carpets twice after we bought a new home. The previous owner had done a “move out clean” that clearly just brought odors to the surface. The floors smell exactly the same as they did before and perhaps worse. Everyone performing the work was kind and professional, but the work is not worth what we paid and I would never recommend them. I would like to get some of my money back, but I have called multiple times to discuss this and it doesn’t sound like that will happen.

The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was doing, explained the advantages of the add ons and my favorite part, he raked the carpet when he was done. I thanked him profusely and told him I always had to ask. He said it’s all about presentation. He takes pride in his work.

My couch still has dark spots on it. It's not as clean as the last time you cleaned it, so I'm wondering if your employee may need more training.
