Our carpet looks 100% better when you are done. Your staff is very friendly. You give us reminders and make it easy to set up appointments that fit our schedule.

Clean carpets
Our carpet had some very bad stains and I wasn't sure they would come out. But after treatment, it looks like new. Zerorez did an amazing job!

Even tho there few hiccups on the equipment he was using company could do preventative maintenance on equipment....

Make sure your employees have all the products they need before going to a job. Don't make excuses or blame someone else. Clean up after yourself, don't leave water and gunk from carpet cleaner all over my house. Make sure equipment is working properly. The suction wasn't working so the carpets took longer to dry. My carpets still stink.

Was pleased that the carpet cleaned would come back to address a couple of spots that needed attention, without an additional charge. Needles to say there is still 1 spot that needs attention and then I would be 100% pleased. I would appreciate if the rug person would contact me.
