How fast and efficient you are I’m pleased
The service was great. The technician was very thorough and because they had a minimum and the area that we needed cleaned was so small they gave us every possible option to protect our carpet in the future.. I was very thankful and will continue to use ZeroRez

Carpet dries fast!
Got charged extras $150 bucks worth and the couches don’t look like they were really cleaned… the extras said blood, urine or feces.. which none of these were there at all one was a new couch that was in my garage that had gotten dirty during delivery the dirt mark on the back of it is still there there is a dark spot on the top still there. The second one. Is a Seconal inside that looks the same as it did. I wasn’t home my 22 yr old son was so I wasn’t around to see or talk to the tech. Just meh job for $500 bucks and still need to have something done.

Nick was very professional & knowledgeable. My carpets looked brand new after he cleaned our carpets. I loved how my carpets were not soaked in water & were dry so quickly. It looks & smells like I just had brand new carpet installed. Thank you 😊

A great job!  The technician cleaned our carpets and furniture as though it was his own-taking time to do the job carefully.
The company does not use soap but a steam method which does not leave a residue.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service Nathan provided. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect, and even went above and beyond by sending photo updates along the way — something you don’t often see!
Nathan’s attention to detail, communication, and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it shows in the results. ZeroRez is lucky to have him on their team — if every employee delivered service like Nathan, they’d set a new standard for the entire industry.

I have already filled out this survey. The cleaner did 3 rooms in less than 30 minutes! The traffic areas did not look ANY different than before the cleaning. He kept telling me after he finished how"bright" the carpet looked. Even the non traffic areas did not look much different. My son made this appointment for me. The paperwork after the cleaning said he told me about paying $30 for spot removal. He did not! It seems to me that you shouldn't have to pay an additional $30 to actually get the carpet looking clean! I had heard advertisements about zerorez and was looking forward to trying them. I was disappointed. And the after cleaning paperwork said they would charge upwards of $400 to have them come back! What can you do to make it right?? Go over the areas that didn't look cleaner again at no charge! But we both know you're not going to do that! ( if you were interested in 100% customer satisfaction you would have offered that.) But customer satisfaction seems to be a thing of the past! Sorry, I was hopeful and unfortunately was disappointed. Beverly York

I like that they keep good records and do a great job
Eric did a fine job of cleaning the grout. He may not have received appropriate training or prep or equipment because I was surprised that he considered the job complete with so much water remaining on the floor. I requested we towel up the water and he had only 3 small towels. He and I used my towels tho swipe up the water left on the floor. I hope this amount of water is not left in carpets because it would take days to dry.

My apartment is small but the heavier traffic areas could have been gone over more than once. He did everything so fast and as he was done with each step he was putting everything away I didn’t want him to bring everything back up.

The technician, Nathan, was quick and professional. He explained each step to me and kept me in the loop about what was happening (as well as future treatment options). Great experience.
My stairs were wet for three days. They were soaking even running a box fan down them. I finally gathered all my towels to try to soak out the water and they turned completely brown. I’m also fairly sure the guy did not steam clean behind the bed. That was one area I specifically pointed out and asked him to get, and it was dry when I went to check it out later. Extremely disappointed and I will never use zero res again. I would have rather spent more money on a better cleaner than waste money. This survey reminded me that I have pictures of the stairs and need to call my local zero res and ask for a refund. I could have done a better job with a rental from Home Depot.

The effort to clean the stair treads was not good and was at the end of the day and the tech was over going above and beyond to make sure the treads/spots were clean. Very Disappointed and i was told to just go try to buy a spot remover and use it to get it removed.
