Left the house smelling cleaning
They were on time, and very polite. They listened to my carpet concerns and did a very good job making them look as good as new.
Great customer service and timely service also answered my questions and was really friendly
I like that the water used is different and the carpets dry so much quicker.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were really good about communicating with me.
The tech that came came and cleaned my carpets and some furniture did a great job. They had some jobs that took longer and he volunteered to stay longer and come out to do our house. Will was so nice and helpful and came up with a game plan of what would work best to be cleaned in what order and protected. He worked around all of us, 5 adults & a 1yr old.
He also did stain pretreatment as well as applied protectant to everything that was cleaned.
I'm very happy to have this part of the house and furniture cleaned & protected. Will be scheduling another visit to complete the rest of the house.

Your technician, Cory, was very professional and thorough. He was able to remove a couple of spots from our dining room carpet that I thought were permanent. We will definitely be asking for him the next time that we need service.

Technician was very knowledgable and courteous. Was honest about an upholstery issue he did not think he could treat, and up front about traffic areas in our area rug. Everything looked great!
I liked that the person who came covered his shoes before entering. He carefully worked around the furniture that was too heavy to move. He was knowledgeable about the products and the process which he explained to us before working. He was polite and respectful.
All good, Just wonder if you can use a chemical with some kind of smell to improve the natural carpet old odors.
