Friendly people. had me inspect on site for approval and although delighted with the results I knew a couple of more passes would be a big improvement. The guys did not blink an eye. The block window is rather large with hard water stains, but they tackled the job.

It is now 48 hours after the cleaning. There are several areas of carpet that are very wet despite fans on. I also used dry towels to cover the wet spots and stand on the towel to absorb some of the liquid. One area in the hallway smells like dog pee. The other two wet spots smell fresh. Not sure why one wet spot still stinks.
The bedrooms are fine as is the living room but the hallway with three large wet spots is disappointing.
They always clean the carpet well. Price is goid and people are great.
Tried twice to get rid of dog urine odor it did not work although they really did try!

Very nice young men. However, cleaning could have been more thorough. Now, my sofa smells 'mildewy'.

The tech was able to get out the mystery stain. The carpets were dry by morning no crunch no weird smells, they look nice.

I have the carpet stairs in a hallway done did a cat pee after a week after treatment smell is back 😱 I guess I should have done them works extensive treatment the first time.

The guys were so very nice they listened to my care and concerns about my carpet!! I was very satisfied with the outcome of my carpet cleaning They offered many suggestions about what I can with my problem spots. I won’t use any other company for my carpet cleaning!! Zero Rez is the best!!!
The young man that worked on our carpet and sofa was very nice and worked hard to get them cleaned. The only problem we have had is the work was done on Monday and it’s Saturday and we are still waiting for the carpet to dry completely.
Eric took the time, working late, to complete the entire job in one visit, and did a great job the carpets and area rugs, removing a couple of stains that I didn't think would come out.
