I realize this may not be a fair evaluation because my brother Casey was paying for my service but I would have not had some of the services done if I had known the cost. I was very surprised at the total amount. Looking back it would have been nice to have maybe a price sheet in hand to be aware of the expense. The total was so high for my budget, I would not have the same service done again. The prices seemed high to me and that is something I would disclose to any referral.
I wasn't "wowed" by the difference of before and after, but I think that is because my carpets and furniture are just old.
Tyson and other young man were great and very friendly. Only thing I didn't appreciate was a comment made about my brother Casey being an owner and how owners have $. Can't remember exact words but I don't think it should matter how much money you have, the cost was still important to me.

Service man was friendly and arrived as scheduled. He kept us informed throughout the process and we are pleased with the results.
Thought the cleaning was a very nice job, and I like the idea of no residue.
I like the lack of chemicals that is used. And our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpets.
I realize the stains in the carpet were 3 years in the making, however stains that just occured the week prior did not come out of the carpet. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to price match prior to making a commitment to Zerorez. Also, I was offered the opportunity to protect the carpet for $40 more a room, however if the stains did not come out I do not see why you would perform this service. Now I have stains sealed in and never to come out. Replacement is my only option now.
I was asked to prepay to have my area rug cleaned. It has fringe. I didn't hear anything for over two weeks and then when I called I was scheduled to have the rug returned to me, twice. I waited for an associate to deliver the rug during the scheduled time and finally received a phone call saying a mistake had been made and my rug couldn't be delivered. I got a call from a person named Carla and she explained that my rug was given to someone else and they couldn't reach the people. I was told I would receive a call once the issue was resolved (my rug was finally retrieved and delivered) to 'make things right' for all the inconvenience. No call came. I'm still waiting!
Alex was very helpful and friendly. We will be booking another appointment for our downstairs carpets.

You were able to remove old stains that other carpet cleaners could not. I am anxious to see how my grandson with allergies reacts to our home now that you have cleaned our vents and carpets!

I liked the fact that you don't use chemicals to clean my carpet. There was no chemical odor that with other companies took several days to go away. My carpet looks much, much better and it was so stained that I didn't think you would even try to clean it. Thank you for your HARD work on the carpet.

technicians were thorough and very pleasant to deal with. I was able to schedule very quickly (the day after I called) and everything was just as it was explained to me. I appreciated the call prior to the technicians arriving just so I knew to be watching for them.

That you guys can get the pet smell out of the carpets and make them look new again
This was the first time we used Zerorez. We have three kids under the age of six and the light beige carpet was extremely dirty. It looks really good now and is soft to the touch. Tyson Chapman was very polite and did a great job cleaning the carpet. In the past when we had the carpet cleaned it seemed to get dirty really fast after the cleaning. We can't wait to see if Zerorez cleaning prevents this. Thanks
