The no chemicals or soap used to clean carpet.
The professionalism displayed by the zerorez organization started with scheduling and carried through to the cleaning service and feedback. The carpet looks great and dried within hours. I would use zerorez again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Friendly, good attitude, did a great job.
Very friendly technicians and they are careful not to damage/scratch and floors, walls or furniture. I had one slight problem with my air conditioner afterwards. I thought it was Zeroez blocking my coils. Zeroez came back out, free of charge. After further investigation, it was not Zeroez's fault, but they still helped me out as much as they could.
The customer service is stellar along with knowledge about carpet and dirt ans stains. Very very happy!

Tyson was awesome! I had a carpet emergency and he came out the same day and fixed the nail polish stain. I was very impressed!

The service was fast & friendly. I do have to give Corey a hard time because he stepped in just about every pile of vomit looking for other stains. The stains did come out with no stains popping back through after they dried.
Updated machinery. Don't use soap
I like that it dries quickly, took out all the stains and doesn't leave a residue.
I'm VERY impressed on our carpet being restored. I have 1 dog & 2 cats in the house. We do vacuum on a weekly basis because of our pets.Tyson showed me the cat hair he pulled up from our carpet.Mind-blowing! We also had lots of stains from our cats darn fur balls. We have 2 teenagers and their friends with their spills on top of that. Yes we are sold on Zerorez. Our carpet has never looked better. Thank you Tyson for the great job, for being very patient in doing your job. Taking time to hit over the tough stains And for answering all our questions. Definatley going to recommend you to friends & family.
No soap residue
I didn't practically get high while he was cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable and friendly. Also he came clean and professional no all scrubby and used caution to protect my walls from getting scratched or dinged from equipment . Convinced me to stop doing my own carpets. Which is a HUGE deal.

I love the service because Tyson took the time to explain the process of Zerorez vs regular carpet shampoo. Very interesting! We moved here 13 years ago & the home was about 6 years old so I've had different carpet cleaners over the years and the end result of the work done by Zerorez was very impressive! I am a definite believer in your method of cleaning and won't go back! Big thank you Tyson & Zerorez...I am telling my family & friends about the awesome product & service...Still in awe of how clean my carpet is and looks almost like when we first moved in...
