Clean professional employees that were knowledgable about the business

Tyson Chapman was very informative, fast, and efficient. I do wish he could have worn some kind of booties on his shoes. We had his shoe prints on our wood floor and had a hard time cleaning them - other than that it was a very positive experience and I have and will recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

It made my house feel and smell cleaner and fresh.

Fast, friendly, great results.

I was very surprised at the cost, double what I have paid in the past. I do think my carpet looks cleaner and love the fact that they were pretty dry that evening I am disappointed with the urine treatment. It was over $200 & frankly the areas treated don't smell much better.

The sweeper floor swisher is fantastic

So far, the cleaning seems to be great. I'm waiting to see how quickly the dirt reappears as has happened in the past.

Zerorez is amazing! My carpet is 3 years old and has never been cleaned. I have 6 kids and so I have a lot of door traffic. My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. They now look brand new! And our technician was great! Really enjoyed zerorez and will recommend them to EVERYONE!

Although the tech tried to remove nail polish that spilled on our carpet he was not successful so I now have pink spots plus a yellowish stain around the larger spot . The area took a long time to dry 10+ hours .
