The stains were not removed from the carpet. After the carpet dried, you could still see all of the dark spots on the carpet. I just thought that Zerorez would do a better job at removing these stains. I have a large carpet cleaner myself and we could have done as good a job as what was done on our carpets, so I can't see what an improved was made by going to Zerorez. I should have cleaned the carpet myself and saved the money.

I really like the whole science behind the product. The fact that you are just charging the PH level in the salt water and it essential dries as water. Thats awesome, because I hate soap residue.

Service was prompt. When given a window of time I was prepared to be waiting. Not only was he right on time but I was notified about 15 min ahead of his arrival!! I loved that. The young man was pleasant and efficient. He was friendly, engaging me in conversation but not to the interruption of his task at hand. I was kept informed at each step and there was never pressure to add any other service, which, by the way, I did select.
Our carpet looks amazing!! This is the best carpet cleaning we have had in three years!! Your tech was very polite, explained the procedures, listened to my concerns and spent over an hour working on the carpet. We will certainly call again to schedule further cleanings. Thank you so much!!

I think this has been the best carpet cleaning I have had. It lightened the traffic areas and looks very good.
The person I scheduled with said they would call before the tech came out, but no one called before he showed up. Don't tell me you will call first if you are not going to. If you tell me you are going to do something then do it!! While I understand the door needs to be open for the hoses to come into the house, but the door does not need to be completely open. Close it as much as possible!!! While my carpet was absolutely filthy, I was expecting it to be cleaner than it was. After he left I cleaned some spots with chemical cleaner and they came out. I do feel like the tech did a great job, but that some of the spots just couldn't come out without some chemical help.

Wow he got out a red stain that had been in my family room through two other cleanings and he got out the rust and coffee stains I called him to clean - all with no harsh chemicals. Plus he was on-time, friendly and professional. I will definitely refer Zeroez to my friends.
I submitted the following to Zerorez in a reply email yesterday, and have not received a response:

I have mixed reactions to the performance of Zerorez in cleaning my carpets. My previous tenants had left the carpets in sad shape with numerous stains (rust, food/drink spills, etc.) and heavy traffic areas of ground in dirt. Your technician sprayed a liquid substance on the stains and then performed a single pass of your Zerorez cleaning process.
It appears that the Zerorez process was successful in extracting general dirt from the overall carpet, which is evidenced by the less pronounced differences between exposed and previously covered areas. However, most of the stains are still present. I didn't really expect the carpets to be good-as-new, but I was hoping for something better than what I received.
What is most disturbing is the pattern that has now been set into the carpet. As the technician performed his back-and-forth cleaning motions, it created dark and light triangular segments. I assumed this pattern was just a result of the lay of the pile due to the direction the cleaning head was moving over each area, and would disappear once the carpet was dry and vacuumed. The carpet is completely dry now and I have tried vacuuming and raking to eliminate the triangular patterns, without success (see attached photo). Do you have any suggestions?
