Did a great job and was very friendly.

When i called you gave me a price of $4 a step and $20 for a 6x9 closet. Tyson told us it wasn't worth cleaning the closet because of cat urine. So we had 14 steps which is $56 dollars and no closet. Then Tyron tells us there is a minimum charge of $88 dollars, no one at the office told us this. So we payed $88 dollars for 20 minutes. You should really tell people you have a minimum charge. Name removed

My concern is that my carpet is still damp 16 hours after cleaning. The carpet feels barely damp, but I worry about mold forming underneath. Tyson was very professional and arrived in a timely manner.

The technician arrived at the pre stated time. He was courteous and efficient. The carpets turned out very well. Even though the upholstered chairs did not come as clean as I hoped he returned to see what else could be done. After discussing the problem he proceeded to redo all the chairs--unfortunately it helped some but it seems that the problem must be with the fabric. I don't have a printer and so cannot print the savings coupon.

I love the lack of chemicals and was extremely pleased with how clean my carpets were! Though I was not here during the cleaning, my mom was and she was very impressed with Tyson and his professionalism and friendliness.

Was very impressed with the appearance of the Tech Tyson! He was totally professional and provided a lot of information and teaching! I was a RN in the jail for 8.5 years and my husband is a police officer. For us calling anyone to our home for any kind of work is just an uneasy thing as a lot of the time he or I know the person that shows up and it's not a good know! 😉 So we really appreciated a clean cut guy showing up. Dressed nice. And just an all around nice "normal" guy!!! He did not rush through the job and I feel like it was definitely a business that likes being a business and obviously takes pride in their name!
