The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was friendly and quick. I couldn't stay at the house so I trusted he'd lock up behind himself. He did so and gave me a call to confirm he was done clean as well as the process of locking up my home.

I think that I was charged the "quote" rate rather than the amount of registers. I firmly believe that he did not go down stairs die to the fact that the stair gate was not moved. So I was charged for all of the registers that I said I had and 4 of the registers should have been subtracted from my bill.

They did a great job explaining things and showing me the areas that needed pet stain removal with the UV light. They were very quick and texted me to show what it looked like and when they were done so I could get errands done while they worked. The carpet is almost 14 years old and it looks fabulous after it was cleaned!!I'm very happy with the results.

I think Zerorez is the best cleaning company company the Tri-Cities has. I'm a native of the area and I've used many. They are exceptionaly hard workers, show up on time, do their best possible
job and leave you with the feeling of a clean,clean house. You just want them to come back!
