Arrived on time; provided very thorough, yet careful carpet cleaning (careful around furniture, corners, baseboards, etc.); friendly and very knowledgeable staff, both in the office and the tech who cleaned the carpet. Will definitely use again. Even had our couch and loveseat cleaned as well, though that was not scheduled. Was surprised, however, how long it took for the carpet to dry afterwards. Was still quite damp by the next day.

It cleaned very well but was wet for a very long time.
For starters the service was amazing! Our carpet look great and the fact that it dried quick and didn't make your feet feel slimy when you walked on it was great.

Dried quick smelled great!
When our carpet dried there was not as many puckers. Also I noticed that the carpet was much softer. Looks clean too. I feel that all the soap residue from our previous cleaning service is out of our carpets now.

Excellent results & service! Suggestion: Using a carpet rake at the end would eliminate tracks of the cleaning equipment. They come out eventually, but a lot of vacuuming is difficult for seniors with bad shoulders.
