My niece had a terrible reaction on her feet one time from chemicals from a cleaning and like that Zerorez doesn't do that. I've also seen stains reappear from rezadue and it drives me crazy.
People on the phone were very professional and courteous. Robert was very nice and showed up exactly when we were told he would be here. He did a good job on our carpet.
From the day I called to make the appointment, I felt like getting my carpets and chairs cleaned was going to be a "team effort". Jennifer was very helpful, friendly and professional on the phone. I was given a window of noon to 4 p.m. and I received a reminder call the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 11:45 saying that our technician would be Robert and that he would be there promptly at noon - and he was! He looked over the job and made his recommendations, giving us a price for extra/optional services. He started right away and had packed up and was ready to leave at 2 p.m. Our carpets and chairs look and feel wonderful again and I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to my family, friends and neighbors!
Carpet did not take a long time to dry. it wasn't soaked with water.
Robert did a great job of coming in and doing the price quoted. He didn't try to pressure me into any additional unwanted purchases.
The guy who did our carpet didn't seem to know a lot about it.

I was not as pleased with the results in our living room this time. When it dried it looked as if the dirt was just sitting on top. I would appreciate you making a note to not send the same technician for our future cleanings. We just dont feel that he takes enough time. I believe we had him one other time and we were not as pleased then either. We know our carpet is difficult to clean and appreciate your process of cleaning. Our tech was very professional and personable. I did refer Zerorez to my daughter in Spokane. She was pleased with the service and the cleaning. I will use your company again, but think a little more time is needed when cleaning it.
The response time and the finished work! Looks and smells great
On the 2nd trip here, the other technician explained why the strip between the carpet and the hard floor was discolored. He showed me where it was gold-colored except in the middle where the color had been rubbed off and was now silver colored because of the vacuum had been pushed over many times.
The carpet dried very quickly. The gentleman was very professional - came in and completed the job and then made sure he didn't miss anything. Very kind employee.

I still have a few stains on my Carpet AND I paid extra $45 for the Pet Odor Service and the spot in my bedroom still smells bad :(

the cleaning left swipe marks on the carpet that do not disappear when vacuumed. Why is that? Also, I had to request more cleaning on the darker areas of our light carpet. The tech felt it was from wear rather than soil. I asked him to go over those places again and it helped a lot so it was soil. I believe one more time would have been perfect, but it does look pretty good. Also, I feel that $4 for each step is too high, even though I paid it. Perhaps a discount for more than 5 or more than 8 or more than 10. Something to give the customer a break to encourage everything be cleaned. My carpet and steps were not really badly soiled or stained. Some of my neighbors were waiting to see how mine turned out. I am recommending your service with reservation on costs and completeness. Your tech, by the way, was a very kind & cooperative young man. Name removed Phone number removed. Shorter potential arrival window
I was disappointed that the stains in the carpet didn't come out better. I know it is worn but I was expecting better results. The carpet was cleaned at 3:00 pm and still damp the following morning at 7:00. This is much longer than 4-8 hours drying time the technician said it would take.
Easy to set up the appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. Floor looked amazing we couldn't be happier thank you

I had zerorez in Molalla oregon, the young man was very conscientious of the job he was doing and when asked to redo a spot was more than willing. The young man you sent out to my house, I showed two bad spots to, and did not get either of them out the first time and was not really happy I asked him to redo them. It took him more time getting the equipment out of the van, than it took to clean my bedroom carpet, so I have to wonder "is it clean", and the one soiled spot I pointed out to him, he didn't get cleaned the first time,he reluctantly redid it. I wear glasses and did not have them on and could see the spot was still there. I had the same problem in the livingroom, by the sliding door, a dirt path, it has dried and still is dirty. I guess I got what I payed for. The young man that did my carpet in Molalla, cared about his job and did an excellent job.
You were willing to send out a second person out to fix the errors of the first tech. Now my carpets look great!
I love the fact that my home isn't getting doused with chemicals.
A stain was still present after the carpet settled back down.
