No harsh chemicals......I am disabled and you were able to do my apartment on my budget. It looked better than when I moved in. Your rep was very polite and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I will have you guys out to clean the grout in my new house.

We spent money on having a carpet cleaned and had animal stains treated but after the cleaning the carpet smelled terrible. When the technician came back he said we would need 13 x 65$ to get it fixed. So we would have had to spend 1000 dollars to get it cleaned. Your customer service is excellent but very disappointed to have paid 150 dollars to clean a carpet then throw it away.
Very professional and courteous. They pinpointed the problem with my carpet, quickly took care of everything and made sure I knew the price before they did any work. The carpets looked and amazing! Just as if they were installed that day.
Robert and Darren were friendly and did a great job. They walked me through everything they were going to do and gave me a firm estimate before they started. They took thier time - they did not seem to be rushing to get done. Carpets looked great when they were done. I will definitely use zerorez again for my carpets and will most likely have you out to do my floors and ducts in the near future.
It was great that there were no chemicals or perfumes, which members of my family are very sensitive to.
Your 4 hr window is taxing to say the least, I had a 4-8 time and he called to be there at 7:30 pm. So I would say get the first one in the morning or plan camping out. He did a good job, friendly, clean appearance, efficient person. But I really dislike that scheduling, it is almost a deal breaker. There was an area that wasn't as clean as I would have liked after it dried, what do you guarantee?

Quality! Professional! And the best carpet cleaning I have had done!
The dirt areas we were wanting to remove are still there. The nice guy that came out said the carpet fibers were not twisted anymore. but we just felt like the dirty spots should have been gone.
or at least lightened up some, but we saw no difference.

The carpet smells weird now. Not sure what chemicals were used.
Our carpet is very clean. The technicians came when they were supposed to and they got the job done quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely have zero fez clean our carpets again.

They cleaned and sealed my tile grout in all tile areas. There was a white film left on the tile and a very white film left in many of the grout lines. I thought it would come off after I mopped but it didn't. the white is still in the grout so now I need them to come and reclean them all.
Service was excellent. They go above and beyond to make you satisfied. They came to clean my air ducks, but took the time to talk to me about carpet and upholstery cleaning. I plan to call them back in the near future.
The service techs were polite and courteous, quick drying time!
