We have had our carpets cleaned several times and there were numerous stains that could not be lifted. With Zerorez I was surprised to see that the stains were removed and after weeks, still haven't returned. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was very friendly and hard working. The smell was wonderful.
Very professional staff and very knowledgable. The cleaning worked great and stains did not reappear.

The technician did a very thorough job & the carpets, which are older, came out very clean & looked great. I have also had trouble in the past with the Berber being very wet . I placed fans & the carpets were dry within 24 hrs.
The price for cleaning the rug is too high.

By the time the technician reached the living room he was not going over the obvious stains enough to make a difference. We paid extra to have the treatment done per room and don't feel like it was of value.

i emptied the bottom of the closets in the bedrooms since the carpet went to the wall, i left the closets open and the carpet inside the closets were not cleaned.

I was surprised noticeably how clean the carpets were compared to soap-based cleaning. I had a Special problem when my dog brought in skunk smell into the living room carpet and wiped his nose. The service was yesterday and so far so good.
